The app is actually quite functional and works well. It's easy to understand and use. However, and I see this as a serious problem, there is zero security on the app. If someone gets into the phone, they can open the door. There should be a fingerprint or pin code before the door will open.

Apps works, but is sometimes slow to connect. Moreover, the layout could use some improvements. Noticing some pretty considerable battery drain as well, not too sure as to why it is using battery in the background that intensively, might need better optimizations.

there is no any option to do not use my pbone camera inside the app. i restricted the app reach my camera with native phone setting. it doesnot show the camera view at my door.

Even in so-called "Unrestricted" power mode App notifications do not come in time. I am missing a half of intercom calls because they just do not show up.

The app has a potential, but it's unreliable. Many times it asks me to log in, even if there is no reason for it. Sometimes I can't make calls, call someone, receive calls, etc. The app fails at these tasks at random, even if it worked fine a moment ago. It's kind of annoying when someone is at your door, you see that person on your screen but you can't receive a call because of some random error.

The concept and many of the individual functions of this app appear sound and attractive. Don't be fooled! Nothing about it works. Worse than the app itself is, Aquvox itself. First off, the face recognition intercom was installed at a height not perfect for capturing neck and chest selfies rather than face...lol The inadequacies of the Aquvox Intercom are way, way too many to mention. I struggle to give even one positive example of intercom function. Do not waste your time!!!!

Works well insofar as if someone rings my bell I get the call, I can view the camera at any time & can buzz people in. Advanced features like facial recognition, nfc, Bluetooth, etc don't work but that may be due to the model of my intercom or admin settings. I've been using it for over two year without any technical issues on the apps side. The app is also regularly updated. (photos taken when someone is buzzed in are significantly clearer than capturing an image, idk why)

We have been using the system for 4 months now and the app has always stopped working without warning: it lacks reliability. Moreover, the video is cropped: we hardly see who we are talking to. The camera captures more than what we see on our phones. The access log shows us a tall image, yet they choose to crop the image during the call.
