I've used this app for OCTranspo navigation exclusively for almost 10 years, but a few days ago it stopped loading bus info altogether. Loading maps stopped or was extremely spotty for a while but that's not a big deal for me. Unless you see a newer update or response than this review, I would consider this abandonware.

Could be better but it has too much bugs. I can't plan a travel and see all the future schedules. pretty annoying. But once that is fixed its a great app. Edit: The app has gotten alot better! There are no annoying ads and the app functions fairly well. They cant account for flop busses. It would be nice if OC Transpo team actually updated their info of when their busses are flopping.

Ever since new update, it will not load main bus stations, does not pick up my location even with it having access to my gps. Keeps saying "unable to query data source". This app has become useless. Please fix asap. It worked amazingly before the update, please fix. 04/23/19 - stops wont load period. App is not working at all. This is annoying to the max. fix this!!

Good app and really helpful but not user friendly even for an IT man! Adding to favourites is really hard and complex! Hard to add a line. Hard to find the bus stop on the map. Not showing your current location on the map. The first tab of favourite is bus instead od stop. And lots of other things that make the user experience worst. You need to revamp the whole UX with new designs.

Good app. Been using it for over a year now. But recently it stops grabbing data and doesn't show upcoming buses around 5pm for me everyday which is very inconvenient. Update: workaround put into place last update has not worked at all. I haven't been able to view busses for awhile

GPS is an excellent feature as well as letting riders know what type of bus is coming. my only complaint is that at transit centres like Tunney's the schedule for my bus takes so long to load that i have yet to see it work for my commute home. Rather than trying load all busses running through the stop jist load the route requested. otherwise great app!

I used this for about a month until I missed my bus completely due to it saying the bus was arriving in 3 minutes when it was 3 minutes early. I thought it was using the GPS info, but I'm guessing it doesn't. This was the only purpose I wanted it for, otherwise I would just use the timetable. It often wouldn't load bus stop information and bus times. Would often not display all bus lines that came to the stop. Not intuitive to use.

This app was okay for me all Summer, I mean sometimes buses just didn't show up at all which made me seriously question the GPS factor, but for the most part it worked. Suddenly in September half of the buses I usually take no longer exist? Apparently Laurier 1A no longer has ANY South going buses, and half the time the app refuses to work at all. I don't know if this is related to the LRT, but I hope it gets fixed soon.
