To call this app bad would be the Understatement of the century. I have never seen or used an App that was worse. This registration is a nightmare and when you have finished that, you just can't load with this app. It's not possible to load with this app. So you only have the option to pay on the loading station directly for 80cents/kwh which equals highway robbery. Never plan to charge with ARAL using this app unless the alternative is certain death.

App itself might work, however, it seams that Aral is not able or willing to deal with the ADAC collaboration (started 1.8) First "ADAC e-charge" button was not available. I contacted the support (1.8) and got no answer until now. Now the button is available (I guess from the update on 3.8), however, the ADAC membership number is not accepted. Former collaboration between ADAC and EnBw just worked smooth and reliable! Aral, what do you want to achieve with this disappointing performance?

Works ok in Germany. We couldn't use it on our trip to Belgium. No charging stations are visible in the appin Belgium. Almost no charging stations in the Netherlands.

After many attempts adding my credit card, that finally worked, but I can't add my ADAC membership. Tried it now three days, because I thought many people are trying to do the same. But now I can truly say, that deal was the worst ADAC ever did! But when Aral doesn't want to earn money then keep it up!👍🏻 EnBw was definitely the better choice and was 1000 time more reliable that this bs. Sorry for the harsh words but sometimes the truth must be spoken.

Crashes all the time, no option to plan a route, and crashes randomly while charging the car at an Aral Pulse charging station. Restarting the charge doesn't work, but using another app works fine...

I cannot add credit card either. The app just hangs and nothing happens ... Ok at the second time it worked and I could add ADAC. Will see how the charging work
