Won't rotate sideways for me. Won't display in real time properly with an 8 camera setup. What I do love is that while confusing, it was easy to setup. It allows me to watch one camera while off-site, so at least it's something. One day I'll need to rearrange the camera setup so the important ones are in the first 4 slots, which seem to do real-time together.

The first few months I had this app it didnt work very well at all... that was about 2 years ago. Then miraculously it worked good for a year or so. Now for 3 or 4 months it has not worked at all. Customer service was very good in the beginning but now for 3 weeks no response from them(probably because of the COVID-19 virus). As of 4/6/20 it seems they fixed some bugs. Now the app is working great. Thank you so much for fixing the application!!!!

I like the search features. It would be nice that when the app is opened that live views of the cameras is displayed instead of a still past picture this would save time for verifying that all the cameras are working. Instead each camera has to be opened one at a time. This feature is available on the app RXCam View.

Loocam sucks, wouldn't buy another system. I have the 16 channel system and I literally have to sit by the monitor everyday resetting or trying to get it to work in some other way. Stay away, do not buy. The cell phone app sucks as well, I do hope that I wont have an emergency and have to depend on the so called convenience and the illusion of having reliable phone monitoring because when I need to see what's happening from my phone. It does NOT WORK at all.

I like it. It works great for me. I always see live view when I want to, initially, there were issues, but they corrected them all. However, I'll like Loocam to include the option to revise/rewind/fast forward the events on my camera right in the app, that is very important to me, especially when I know that some other brands have that feature.

Impressed with the app, however, sometimes the video takes a moment to start, or a pause - start is needed to get it to work. With the occasional skip a second or two. When recording a clip, it would be good to define where its saved, either way, i dont seem to be able to play the video, on the device.its recorded on, or a different device. Tried android and iphone with same results. Would be a 5 star and a fab app if this could.be fixed

The app works great When it's working. Half the time it says "Device is Off-line" even when it's not, so in actuality it works half the time. When it is working it does what its suppose to do. Clear picture, able to rewind, and easy to locate activity, etc.

Had an issue (my own lack of knowledge) and CS was extremely responsive and helped me figure it out right away. It's no $1000 system but for what I've got in it (less than $300) you can't beat it. I have recommended to multiple friends.
