SCAM ! Impossible to load the app for a week after having used it for years. When I try to contact them (Facebook), they say they have STOPPED OPERATIONS in Thailand ! Without any email or communication ! They give an email address to request for refund the wallet, but they do not answer to this email address. I feel scammed !

The app is so easy to use, but if you encounter a problem such as received wrong order. You couldn't ask for a refund or there's no customer service call centre to deal with this problem. You could only email and no compensation.

Clean app, quick navigation. Good food and reasonable variety to not overwhelm yet not get bored with the selection, and with plenty of ways to get deals (referral codes, plans) which make the food value for money and service. Compensation for mistakes or cancellation on their part is also good (I got credits more in value than what I lost which made me a happy camper), so here I am still ordering from them. Worth a try for first time users, find someone's code!

My order had been cancelled!!! The reason was there is insufficient stock to proceed with the full order. What?? It's really not a proper reason, because I have made the order a day before. The apps should be automatically updated with the sufficiency of the stock. And I was informed about the cancellation last minute. 20mins before I am about to receive my order. Should have at least ask me to change to other menu available instead of totally cancelled it. Poor customer service!!

i don't like the e-wallet payment feature because it never works for me most of the time. i always had to end up paying using online transfer or pay at the counter. what's the point of the e-wallet option if your app cannot connect to my e-wallet apps at all?? aside from that major problem, the rest is fine. i recommend using this app because your order will be in the queue faster and your food will be ready by the time you complete the payment.

First off, this is not a dedicated food delivery service. Dahmakan supplies and delivers their own food (with some exceptions for add-ons/combos). Food is pretty good, app experience is POOR during peak hours. Items added to cart should be reserved unless released instead of getting numerous 'Item is no longer available at this time' which makes ordering difficult going back and forth trying to get a order list that can be delivered at the same time!
