One stop shop! It's so convenient to be able to clock in/out, view my time card and request PTO from my phone. The app includes all my benefit information and company documents so I don't have to go searching for information. I love that I can sign any updated forms and the system reminds me of task needing to be completed anytime I open the app. I mean, who can't use a little personal assistantance in keeping up with all the important information?

This app is awful. I left the company associated with it a while ago and unfortunately had to use it again to check tax-related information. There was a phone error, so I couldn't log in with my fingerprint. I had to remember my password, but I couldn't, so I reset it. Now, I can't access the system with the new password, and there's no support available. What should I do without technical assistance?

Can't auto-fill login so it takes forever to log in. Keeps forgetting fingerprint. Terrible interface; reviewing a PTO request and won't even display the current balance so I have to navigate all over the place to find critical information. Doesn't need to exist as an Android app and could have just been a PWA, but their website is also terrible.

It works well, one issue is if I forget to clock in and my payroll department editd my time it doesn't reflect it in my time card option on the app. Update, biometrics are no longer working and there's no "remember me" check box

No good, plenty of issues, from not being able to see your paystub, to not being able to clock in, to the app clocking you out without you knowing(resulting in you not being clocked in at all), throw the whole app away, and there's nothing being done about these issues, it's been 3 paychecks of limbo for me...I only put 1 star because I have to, otherwise I'd put none.

This is nice and all if it works half the time. It keeps giving error when I try to clock in, in the morning when I'm in the vicinity already. It's annoying because even if I get to work early, it still gets me late because the app keeps sh**ing bricks. Please fix.

Will not let me log in. I use the same username and password as in the web browser and it says invalid password. It used to work fine. Since the company now no longer allows logging in from mobile browsers, I can only use the service from a desktop web browser. This is a worthless program.

The mobile app is really lack a lot of information that is needed. It would be a lot better if it was more like the desk top version with more detailed information on it. The was it is now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to use. I have had other jobs and the app was amazing, but this app is really really bad and a big waste of time logging into. Please please update this app this app so it will be worth while to use
