This app is absolutely GARBAGE. I have the S24 Ultra and this app crashes like CRAZY and then blames it on " low memory" when it's the only app actively running (and none in the background). Once it crashes, yours REQUIRED to enter a minimum or 10 characters to describe " what happened". I HAVE NO CLUE. I WAS JUST LOOKING AT THE APP AND BAM, IT CRASHES. It constantly lags, crashes, and is all around a horrible experience. If you are an RT reading this, do yourself a favor and stick to Bringg.

Horrible. Constantly crashes. Constant uninstall/ re install. The newest update is even worse. Reminds me to finish tasks I've already done. Yesterday it wouldn't let me mark any arrival as completed because it said I had another job open, which wasn't possible at all. For a company that relies on this app so much in their daily routines, that it is THIS bad is borderline abuse.

If I could give this app zero stars I would... the amount of time I've lost due to the field app freezing, crashing, or just not doing what it's supposed to is absurd. How does asurion expect their employees to work quickly when their app won't even work properly. It's embarrassing especially when it's not working properly around customers. I'm extremely disappointed in asurion and the developers and I think they need to do better. It's really frustrating for us techs to have to put up with this

I use this app daily for work, and the amount of crashes and the unbelievable amount of lag I experience makes work almost impossible. Not to mention how I can't even select what is wrong when I go to cancel any claims. Before, I was able to, but now it's a nightmare and a half. Please fix this app so I don't go insane.

It will crash randomly and then will not open back up for extended periods of time. It doesn't know how to take a picture quickly, it will always take the picture and then take at least 30 seconds to process it so that way it will show that it has taken a picture. It will also not open back up if I accidentally close it whenever I'm not on the main page. If I am ever on a customer's information or inside of anything other than the main page that shows me all of the jobs, it will not open back up

It either works one day or it doesn't. Now you can't even submit bug reports because of some unknown error. I can't app pictures because the app refreshes back to job and it won't let me submit. This app is garbage. Can't even work because of all these problems with it.

This app is completely unusable. Stutters, glitches, freezes, reloads, and crashes non stop. I have to resort to Bringg and can't get any Home Plus sales. Fix your app.
