Version 3.1 issues: when rescheduling, it does not default to your own teacher, so u have to scroll and amend more fields. Yi-An teacher will be sure to get a lot of unnecessary bookings as all rescheduled booking default to her name! The fonts are also uglier in latest version. The previous version (2+) was working fine and well so don't fix a wheel if it is not broken! Disappointed

There is no way to turn off the notifications for or opt out of the incessant spam advertisements. Yes, i could turn off notifications entirely but then I would not know when lessons have been cancelled. I do not need to buy any pianos, regardless of how much they are on sale for. And if I ever do need to buy a piano, I will deliberately go and buy one from your competitor. If I did not need to have this app to book lessons for my child it would be the first damn thing I delete off my phone.

Same issue like Nicole. App logged me out and cannot login. Feedback to the school but no one is looking into this matter. This school service is getting from good to bad and it's super annoying. Paying so much fee to give myself more work to follow. Worse, it's like I'm paying the school to tell how their front desk should work and kept chasing them.

I requested for termination due to traveling overseas (as advised by the school admin) and just so magically the app is disconnected and my complimentary credit of 60min disappeared. I can't even book lessons using make-up credit. I filed a bug but definitely not signing up my child after the summer break.

Lousy app. Previously (in 2022), unable to open the invoices pdf to view. The app keeps auto closing off when click on the pdf to view. Now (Feb 2023), can't even login after multiple attempts and even after uninstall and reinstall.

Started taking classes with Aureus Academy for my toddler. The music exploration class is such fun for him to begin understanding and learning music. Teacher Fauzan is very patient and kind. he helps my baby take his time to grasp the concept before moving to next piece. Would also like to thank Ricky for explaining us the classes schedule and getting us onboard smoothly.

Terrible update... Cannot login at all and "forget password" cannot work at all. Pls roll back to previous version.. thinking of quitting my kid's Aureus class since such a hassle to view and book classes now.

Not able to update billing card details. Status of lesson is wrongly displayed as completed even though it is in the future. Only can reschedule lessons up to the next month.
