Trying to make an account wouldn't work, the SMS wouldn't send, I tried on Android and the iOS version, eventually it started getting 403 errors when trying to request the SMS and then it logged me in without the SMS code. Upon trying to book it won't let me select pay by cash and I need to contact Central Taxis to get another sort of account in order to add an extra payment option. It shouldn't be this hard just to book a taxi! I still can't book one. Good job Regency's app works.

Basically does not work. Tried to search for Kidderminster station; not found in search (so I dragged the pin instead), then tried to search for Brockencote Hall and no search result and wouldn't allow me to drag pin or see map at that point. Took three attempts to start up after initial installation. Something wrong in the code...

This app fundamentally does not work. I used it to book a taxi for the next day at 1pm; when the time came round and the taxi hadn't arrived, I used the app to call the taxi operator, and learned that the button in the app that says "Book Ride" doesn't actually book you a taxi. The taxi firm had no idea of the supposed booking and were unable to supply a taxi at (for them) short notice. So what is the point of this app if it just pretends to book a taxi for you and actually does nothing?

You can't book a taxi because it won't let you choose cash as a payment and you can't add card details or anything like that will only let you book if you have a pre existing account with central which kinda makes the app pointless. Other than that it works great
