Very patchy service. Sometimes a car is allocated quickly and arrives on time. More often a car has been allocated then simply disappears and returns to the 'searching' screen. One night two drivers were allocated then disappeared, resulting in a total wait time of one hour and eventually no ride. In the end you cannot rely on the service at all. Very disappointing.

This NEVER works. I've tried a couple of times, even waiting up to 30 minutes to be appointed a driver, without success. You're better off with unofficial taxi's, they show up within minutes.

Ordered a taxi, got a reference number but no taxi. 4mins was what they said and 40mins later, I'd missed my appointment. What an incompetent bunch of imbiciles run this backward, dirty, smelly city. I had intended on extending my business down here from Tarragona but definately will not be doing business in Torrevieja or anywhere else in Alicante/Valencia area. I'm going to Almrria tomorrow and I'm sure they are open for business. Torrevieja is a place to be avoided.

The most appalling cab service on the planet. The app does not tell you where you are in the queue. Nor does it even give you an ETA (probably because they know you will cancel the booking and go elsewhere!) A 2 hour wait for a local run? You don't deserve the business. I am removing this app from my phone as life is just too short. I could have walked there, taken care of my business, then walked back in that time. Utterly pathetic. How are they not already in bankruptcy? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worst taxi app I've never used!! Never a taxi available on it unless you wait half an hour By that time I could of walked the distance Get your act together like superior apps like uber which work floorlessly!!!!

Tried registering for the app, they require a confirmation code sent by email. This code doesn't work and won't let me finish my profile.
