I luv listening to GHR as it plays such good music, most of which l think is from the 80s which has always been my favourite decade of music. I also luv the fact that the playlist always includes hits from the reggae genre. I know that if l listen to the station throughout the day that l am sure to hear tracks from Marley & the Wailers as well as others. Other radio stations which l have listened to in the past played none or very little reggae music. The mix of programs put out is excellent.

I went with the paid version with Rayo updating new radio stations all the time and for £3.99pm...its a no brainer. GHR follows me everywhere from my bluetooth devices at work to the comforts of my smart speakers at home. It would be nice though to have a Favourite radio stations selection, rather than having to keep searching for it in its radio stations listing all the time.

This app has now completely stopped working on both my android phones. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 4 times and just keep getting the message that the app's having trouble connecting to radio and that it's "not you it's us", and to try again later. This has been happening for hours. As I am a premium rate subscriber (second year) it is extremely frustrating and not what I am paying for. Thank you for your quick reply. The app is now working and I have updated to 4 stars

Greatest miss! 2nd year premium subscriber of a very substandard App. Needs constant nursemaiding to keep it going, to the point now where I think twice before opening it. Just gone to open it now and it's asking me to sign in - again. Takes ages to start up, just tedious. Music's ok but most of the tunes have been killed dead by constant repeats. Loads of free radio and music apps out there that just work, what's the problem with this at £40/year!?! It's only Ken and Simon keeping me listening.

Eventually logged in, difficult to get the tick in the box for accepting Ts and C's. Now login page is showing a black screen with what looks like some XML text. Well, less than 24 hours and the ads are back, so it's back to 1 star from 4. Great programmes and music, good presenters. Don't want ads and it's free with them - I am about to pay a premium for what I can get for free. Sort your app out, and I will come back. Bye.

As I just want to listen to Greatest Hits Radio live, none of the other Bauer stations, and sometimes check what song was just playing or catch up on some particular feature in a show I missed, this app is just what I want and need. PLEASE do not abandon it for the Rayo app, which is much worse for my particular needs.

Absolutely terrible app, which unfortunately is the only way I get to hear Ken Bruce, otherwise I would bin it entirely. Frequently crashes or refuses to open; randomly forgets the save-point in the programme you're listening to and either starts from the beginning or from an earlier save point. Latest issue is, it has randomly logged me out and refuses to recognise my login details. Absolutely awful.

I did give this 5 stars but have now dropped it to 1 start and I'm reluctant to even give it that. The GHR app has stopped working. I cannot log in and when I try it wants me to register again. I've been a premium subscriber for around 2 years now but I'm cancelling as what is the point of paying for ad-free music when I still get adverts when tuning in on other platforms. Sort it out!
