I'm a IT guy and did everything in the books to fix the problem. But the bazz smart doorbell I bought won't show up on connecting devices. Also funny how you guys have a doorbell and in pick device you don't have a specific selection for doorbell. But still the fact that I sat at my front door for 3 hours resetting it, disconnecting it from power putting it back on, tried a different router and changed my wifi password. I don't think your customer service can think of anything else to do.

I really wanted to like this, but it just doesnt compare to other similar apps. Ive been using this app for their smart rgb lights, and its sadly very limited. First of all its like a guessing game figuring out how to navigate the different tabs to customize the lights.Then you see premade scenes, and only one of them allows you to change multiple colors (just 6..and no speed changing).You cant save that scene, so none of your other devices will match it. Will update if improved

I hate just about everything with this app and product. I installed the can lights in all my new construction and it's been a huge mistake. The lights constantly need to be readded to the network. When I flip the switch I never know if I'm going to get a blinking light. Then when it blinks I have to reconnect it. Then since I had a reconnect it I have to reprogram the "smart scenes" so I don't even use the app because I've been so frustrated with having to reprogram the scenes. Huge mistake

Garbage, total garbage... I have installed app, linked to camera, worked great, 1st time, some lag, but still decent, The motion detector sensed motion, went back to app to Have it unable to connect.. Went through all setting, 95 % signal strength, but could not connect. Deleted app, reinstall camera, works for 30 sec then can't connect! Returned! 😲

Awful! It works for 2 days and then you're offline, so whatever light setting you left off is stuck that way. I've contacted their customer service and they were NOT helpful. They suggested it was my wifi, so I followed their instructions. Nothing. They just stopped replying to me. Waste of money and time. They wouldn't admit their product SUCKS.

There is constantly a delay of a second or two. It's really quite annoying because the snap shot function never captures the motion that triggers the camera. And no matter how u adjust the sensitivity settings the camera constantly seems to be talking pictures of nothing. And I can't seem to get the video function to work unless u manually record something. I have an SD chip in the camera n yet I never seem to get a playback option to work cuz there's nothing recorded. Not too impressed!

Painstaking to add devices and you have to retype your password every time it fails adding to the frustration. Got a new router and had to re-add every single device and now it nothing works. Yes it's 2.4 ghz, the lights seem to pair and stop flashing, but then the timer runs out and it fails every time. Extremely frustrating. Automation also rarely works. 0/10 would not recommend.

I have trouble getting the camera to record anything, even though it is set on hi( I cant even find that setting again). Only time is for watching live I rehooked camera after giving up for a year, dont know how to get your customer service but same problem. It captures the movement, like door opening, but the person stealing from my deep freeze is not captured. Do I need to subscribe to something to get it to record more than I snap?
