when you try and ask questions not within the robots algorithm it continues talking inline with their chosen area, which can be frustrating. It doesn't pick up spelling errors. it was difficult to find out information about medication, or the buy now. the initial conversation was very wordy, lots of information to take in and no choice to revisit it. good app, potential just needs refining as it can become repetitive and frustrating. could improve the FAQ area and have activities.

I've got to admit I was sceptical about using an app to help me quit smoking but after an unpleasant experience with my local support service I thought I would give it a go and I'm so glad I did! This app went through all the different things I can use to help me quit and guided me to patches which was best for my smoking levels. I have been able to quit smoking for 6 weeks so far and the motivational messages really help me. Great app, definitely recommending.

Technical Issues. Upon re-entering the app, just get a dialog saying an error has occurred, cannot her past login screen. When registering a new user, it couldn't find my address, and thus produced an error. I think this apps servers may no longer be up. Avoid.

A few weeks on and this app still shows no signs of improvement. Didn't think it was possible to get any worse but it has. Can't even get past the login screen now. It's just frozen no matter what you try. This app is now top of the unusable apps of all time. 👏👏👏 Unfortunately this has to have atheist one star which no way does it deserve.

when you remember this is a bot and not a person you realise it's a very smart app and something different to other stop smoking apps. I use a range of help from friends to this to an trained human but I'm still finding it hard to quit. Longest I have gone is 2 weeks. Bella says that's good because I was smoking more than a pack a day but I feel like I have never had my last cig.

Had to wait until I actually quit. So I did, yesterday. But when I sign in, it takes me to a page telling me it's been too long, have to start again. Hit "Let's go!"--and it takes me right back to the sign-in page. Uninstalled & re-installed, and find it is no longer free, now I have to pay to talk with Bella! Bye.

I love AI and robotics. This is a really great use of a bot unlike all the pointless bots you get for conversation. Great way of giving support and although I'm still smoking (far less!) being able to 'go to something' rather than just read motivation that isn't 'being given to you' is really nice.

It's be nice if in future somebody could use "quit with bella" app in other languages eg.: Lithuanian ,Polish or any other most common languages aswell . I was founding it sometimes frustating because i believe there was language barrier and robot sometimes was not understanding what I was asking or saying . If your first language is english I recommend that for sure . It's can be really helpful.
