It never works!!! It's says verification success and the qr code on my laptop disappears and than reappears again. So I re do the process and it just happens iver and over again. I un-installed and reinstalled the app to no avail. This has been an ongoing issue for me for almost 2 years. I hate playing games on my phone. The user experience is better on my laptop, however this app is limiting me from using my laptop for sportsbettinf and slots.

Absolute Horror App, endless loading,most of the time I have to clean cache firs before the app is usable,difficult to use.While trying to find a game to bet on, screen is covered with already chosen tips, depositing money from the app never works,I always have to use the browser.On top of all that,when I travel outside my country I can't use the app because geo restrictions,not even with a decent VPN.When I try to register a 2nd bet365 Account while out of my country,they I telling me I can't.

The app will not even open and my phone suggests there is a bug with the app and I will have to wait for a fix and update from the developer. I am prevented from using bet365 because this app doesn't work; although my phone is set to precise location AND I am using wifi at a fixed address. I'm sure bet365 is losing out on thousands, if not millions, solely due to this app. Might be something to put on the to-do list.

Shameful product. One failure after another with this app. Time for new developers, you dummies. With the latest update the app says verification was successful, but my computer disagrees. The app runs in the background when it's not in use. It used 55% of my battery and had my phone overheating! What is your guys' problem? A bunch of muppets you have working there. Sack the whole lot of them! UNACCEPTABLE! I've reported this app, and requested it be removed from the Play Store.

This app and support is terrible. Everytime there is an android update the app doesn't work until they update their app. Their development and support team is not so helpful. They bring you through the troubleshooting even though I completed it on my own. I support android applications and work IT. This doesn't work, it's the application. They keep telling me there is no issue with the app. I've tried several devices and internet browsers. ITS YOUR APP!! You need a new dev team! Frustrating!!!!!

App still doesnt work. Was basically told to just use the mobile version of bet365. They seem to have both desire to fix this. The entire desktop site is useless minus daily lineups. Claims I'm using location spoofing and shuts down the app. I'm not btw.
