PLEASE HELP!! I listen every week day morning for the morning cruise and jayar in the afternoon during the week. I live in louisville, Ky. Recently, I have been having a lot of trouble with the app not wanting to work. Sometimes, it starts fine, but lately, it has not been wanting to work, or if it does start to work, it will randomly just stop. I have a lot of issues with the app. Hope you can fix it, I really miss not being able to listen on my way to work or on my way home from work.

Updated review: I was having great difficulty with the app randomly stopping. I made sure it was updated, and that didn't help. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and that didn't help, so I just quit using the app and listened from the online player on the website. Today, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and so far, it's working again as intended. ................ I can connect to the app and play through my Bluetooth in the car when I'm out of the over air signal area.

Great station, horrible app! Does not reliably play. I had the same issue on my old phone, upgraded to a new top of the line Galaxy S10 and have the same problem. Joy FM announced a new app, same problem! This app plays for less than a minute then stops playing. I never have this issue with the iHeart radio app on my old or current phone. It doesn't matter how cosmetically an radio app looks if it doesn't play properly. Wish they would fix the back end on this app.

The station is wonderful! The problem I have with the app is the alarm clock. The old app used to ring like an alarm clock. The new app will do that if the phone is unlocked, but if it is locked, all it does is "bleep" once. If I am in a deep sleep, that won't wake me up. If I have to wake up to unlock the phone in order to get it to ring, it is a pretty worthless alarm clock. I removed the application, went to the web site and added an icon for the streaming page to the home screen.

Having issues lately with the app not wanting to connect to the broadcast once it's launched. This is a recurring problem lately with the Android version. I've even reinstalled it but still have intermittent issues.

I do love this station and the people that run the station but I have noticed that the station is so strong that it overrides everything on my phone if I turn everything off including Joy FM it will come back on after I look at something or I have a phone call it'll just start playing all by itself but that in no way takes away from the radio station so because I listen to it morning or night and sometime when I don't even try and listen to it it's a little annoying but not that much

When I open the app to listen to music it only plays for about 30 seconds then cuts out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times and it doesn't help. I really need Joy when I'm running, help me please.

I love this app!!! All my favorite Chrstian music wherever I go. Great programs they get involved with. Always updating you on concerts coming up. The hosts are fantastic and keep me coming back to hear the special tidbits they have. Hubby found it on the radio and I got the app.
