Reasonably easy to use the app. The charging itself is hard to use. The charging cables (in Baldivis WA) are very heavy (my wife can't manage them). Big thumbs down for the difficult tonise tax receipt. can't I just have a pdf rather than an email that is hard to save?

The bar for EV charging apps is about as low as it gets. Don't get me started on trying to use Evie or Chargefox. So imagine my surprise when BP had their EV charging network and it does not suck! It just works. For goodness sake that's all we care about, is to arrive and start charging without entering personal details and signing up. These have QR scan which make it easy to start charging.

This is a quick and simple charge station, have always been able to plug in and charge without any issues. This is such an important issue for charge stations, you can't afford to go to a station to find it's not working or their are issues getting the charger to start. More and more EVs are out there now and stations don't seem to be maintained well.

BEWARE-$10 fee just to connect . Failed to start charging and was charged $10 again when retrying. AVOID if possible. Fossil fuel company taking advantage of EV drivers. I have been driving for 4 years and no other network is as brazen as this to fleece money without notification. I contacted customer support and they're processing refund. We'll see.

Please look at your login session handling, I charge weekly yet your app keeps kicking me out. you should refresh your login tokens every time a user logs in. also can you make it so we can setup a default payment method to streamline charging setup each time

Poor by EV charging app standards. Forgets login session often, forgets payment info. It's almost always a two minute process to activate the charger. Plus text messages from the US, rather than app notifications, notify when the charge has begun.

Car makes and models in app are about 5 years behind thevtimes. The most recent model year that can be entered is 2022 for any car

Can't register from android as the register step doesn't allow you to input the verification number. Also the charger has such POOR instructions on how to use it. Basically it tells you to scan the QR and download the app to use, but the app it downloads is not the actual app you need, but some other app for finding and reviewing chargers....why?!
