Last update now doesn't let the app open past the log in screen. I go through the 2 step verification with no problem but it just keeps returning to the log in screen. Completly useless now.

A lot of things are missing that are available on the desktop version. Why bother with the mobile app? Also, you'd think that clicking on a tenant will pull up their contract info... It doesn't. And finally... Can you please show the work order, address, AND tenant name on the SAME PAGE? Messages disappear after you read them once. Messages don't show the times that they're sent. The message search feature doesn't work at all.

I've been using this software and app for probably 15 years end it keeps getting worse every year. The price keeps going up and the utility keeps going down.

Used to be able to attach as many pics as necessary to a task without doing multiple task updates from mobile which was nice other than the fact you couldnt attach them as a bulk selection. The update that allowed multiple selections removed the unlimited amount you can attach per update but yet it allows you to select more than ten pics but wont move from that screen until you sort and delete the excess pics. Now when buildium is minimized on mobile you lose everything because app shuts down.

Our company is based in Bahrain and we are using Buildium in English. However, on Resident Center, the numbers are in Arabic. Most of our clients are not Arabic speakers, and we've been receiving multiple request to change it to English but there is no option. The resident center is deemed to be useless on our client's side since they couldn't understand anything. We've been requesting for update for the past 2 years with no avail.

Awful services. There are so many missing pieces as an owner of multiple properties, especially their new platform for drafting leases. Absolutely inefficient and makes your job harder. Too many unnecessary steps. Adobe was way better and for whatever reason they changed things. Will cancel because of this.
