The most disappointing thing with bykea is they charge there commission as soon as you take the order. If the ride get cancelled due to the customer still you have to pay the commission. But in Indrive you don't have to pay. So for me Indrive is best.

Poor application. Need some fixing. You need to simplify this app. Whenever i get a ride, i get confused. You need to write a simple pick up and drop off location names. Eveytime we get a ride we need to find the pick up and drop off location ourselves. People are diverting to other apps . You need to think seriously

Hello ,your app is very annoying, when booking ride it takes very long time to offer my fair and by that time ride is gone or comes back claiming ride is no longer available ,and yet ride is still on load board....you must fix this issue asap .there is no point working with you if we can't get rides ..anothe issue is if ride gets off befor ,your app wont let us pick another ride by saying you are still far from your destination. If rider is saying ride is finished that should be the end.

I had a very bad experience with bykea partner app. They deduct high commission, there commission is 10% mentioned on app but they deduct more than 11 or 12%. Poor app and Pathetic and Worst Customer Support. I have contacted them again and again, but they hanging up my call l. I have lock complaint on 17 Oct, complain resolution time is 2 days and today is 5th day but still my issue is not resolved. If there would be any negative rating, I would gave them.

It is very useless application, commissions take a lot of deduction and the ride is very far from 2 to 4 km, they do not consider the rider as a human being.

It's truly helpful for partners like me, but in some cases I experienced that It's very common or easy for customers to cancel ride just after acceptance without any solid reason b/c its damaging for partners, there should be some panelty also for them for this act like we faces in the term of commission deduction. There should be some restrictions for customers that they are not allowed to cancel ride after acceptance until they had a strong reason behind this.
