The app has several bugs and non-functional features, which is disappointing. I believe the developers could take inspiration from apps like Chalo, which provide accurate and reliable services. Additionally, the charges seem quite high. I suggest focusing on improving the IT team's efforts to deliver a seamless user experience. There’s a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it’s being hindered by the app’s current state. I hope these issues are addressed soon.

Worst Service. U never get cab in office hours. By chance if u get cab it will come earliest after 20 mins and driver cancels the ride on last moment. Book for later service is even most lethargic and 100% guarantee that your booking gets cancelled automatically after 10-15 mins. About Customer Care u don't ask they never pic calls and by chance it happens then just assurance. No accountability no escalationa. In all its dabba service

Don't use there services. I booked 3 times for outstation but never able to use it as they have no available Vehicle. Sometime they will say vehicle is not charged, sometime they will say we don't have drivers... And cancel last moment

Cab-E offers an impressive service with clean, well-maintained electric cars. I've noticed a significant improvement in my daily commute – no more noise or air pollution! While their overall experience is excellent, occasional delays can happen, but their customer service is responsive and proactive. Kudos for helping reduce carbon emissions!

Two cabs booked on 24th sept from Pune Airport to destination from there counter in Aerospace mall. Gave all the details required for registration. Only one cab booking is showing now in App and from there end as well. Looks like they booked one cab only and for another they dint used the App and sent driver directly and once trip is completed they told charges and said invoice will be sent to email by EOD. So they took Rs. 579 to there pocket now lol. Gem employee. She was lady though.

Ride experience is smooth. Cars are very clean. No cancellations at all. Cab drivers are BUT, a lot of improvement is needed. Referral doesn't work. Promo code button doesn't work. App UI needs to improve a lot
