So happy the app ahs finally come to Android. I've been using Capsule for a long time now and it's so convenient and helpful. I do think it's easier to chat or send messages via text, though. On the app or browser, it's difficult to actually get the chat going. But if you shoot them a text they'll help. And the app is perfect and easy for setting up med deliveries and updating payment info

App performance issues increasing. Often says it is still being prepared, several hours after it is supposed to be ready. No longer informs when it is out for delivery, only update is "driver is on the way!" when they're basically approaching your location. Having the heads up that it was on the way is important for some of us. Drivers have also been not responsive when trying to reach them.

As a new user, I was a bit concerned seeing my refill count dwindle down without reason. Customer service confirmed the accurate count on their end, but their site shows me a different number, and I shared a screenshot of this. Their FAQ also states you should be able to get an FSA-compatible receipt via the order page, but that was nowhere to be found. I've seen ads for this pharmacy for a while, but it seems like they must still be a work-in-progress.

Used to be great service now barely ok. Their office moved far uptown to the upperwest/Washington heights. Delivers were once prompt and generally on the early side of delivery window due to their proximity to my home, now barely arrive within the 3 hour window alloted. The update to the app to 'allow' tipping, which defaults to $3, and requires tipping in advance of superior service is pushing me reconsider using this pharmacy..

Excellent app!! I have all the info I need whenever I need it. It's super easy to schedule my deliveries. But the best part is Capsule themselves. They are the best pharmacy on the planet!! They reach out to your insurance company for you! They are super responsive via phone or text. They are always very accommodating. And they deliver quickly! They do everything so right! Love them so much!!

There isn't an obvious way to request refills. I've had time sensitive deliveries cancelled and deliveries come outside the time window. I'll admit, it does make my life slightly less stressful, but having to remind the app to refill prescriptions (which it claims it automatically does). It works, but barely.

I am incredibly sick, and I live in an apartment complex. Instead of delivering my medication (which included simple instructions to *call me* when they arrive so that I can meet them to grab the medication), the courier immediately gave up the moment I wasn't OUTSIDE upon their arrival. I am vomiting and doubled over in pain in the bathroom, and these guys are too busy to CALL MY CELL PHONE AS I INSTRUCTED. But it's cool - they'll just try again TOMORROW. Do not use this service, it's a scam.

The app does not give you notifications. This is a problem when you're texting with the pharmacist, and you don't get a notification that they replied. Not recommended.
