The last time I called to get a PCP I was given a name and number of a doctor and the the number didn't go to that doctor. I haven't been able to log into ambetter for months and when they send me a password reset it doesn't work. I have never had a successful phone call in the 3 years I've been with ambetter. Not one successful phone call. I guess you don't have to worry about paying bills if somebody can't get seen by a doctor.

Garbage. Can't register due to error: "we could not find that member." Seems to be consistent problem. Obviously the database of users contains only the names of the developer's pets. It actually costs to develop a mobile app and insurance only makes things more expensive for customers with massive reduction in quality of technology and medical services. Ambetter is just another middleman taking money and providing zero value.

The app is completely useless but the insurance is fantastic for the most part. I tend to have issues with getting ahold of anyone to actually answer questions because I get told I need to call another number and then I end up going in circles.

The app isn't working. I thought it was my phone, but I already read all the comments and definitely is not me, it's you 😅 Also, I just changed my plan to Peach State and took several times reading and comparing provider's to finally choose one for my kids. And surprise!!!! They are not accepting nee patients 😡😡 when on the website clearly said. Accepting new patients! This is definitely frustrating 😑 😤 😒 😩

I can not login but I was able to login from my Ambetter (peach state health plan) website. So, I tried "Forgot Password?" and entered my email, my date of birth and Member ID, it stated that it cannot locate my member ID. So, I figured this out that this APP is not working !!! By the way, I am a software application developer.

Can't log in. I created my account through my web browser just fine. Figured the app would be good to have, easily accessable and such, but it says "inaccessible Entity" when I try to log in with this app. Kinda defeats the purpose

I can't even log in via the app. The whole reason I downloaded the app was bc the website wouldn't show the authorizations but to my disappointment the app doesn't work at all.

At first it worked well but know when I login and try to find my kids information under my insurance so they can get what they need it doesn't work. This app is very inconsistent and definitely needs some updates.
