The tones section could really use some volume adjustment. Nothing worse than trying to listen to a page out in public and my phone screaming at max volume or it blaring over a Bluetooth speaker

This app and its platform are deeply frustrating. Notifications are repeatedly duplicated, and it's impossible to view them in full without launching the app. Moreover, clicking a notification doesn’t lead you to its specific content. Worse still, the app persistently alters my phone's ring mode, an issue that has remained unaddressed for months. This needs urgent improvement but nothing is urgent with this company.

Since the past 2 upgrades, I haven't been able to add my availability without getting an error and can no longer view the daily schedule since the latest update. The "Scheduling" and "My Schedule" icons show the exact same thing which is my personal monthly work schedule, whereas before, the "Scheduling" icon would show you who was working that day. If you have to use this program for scheduling, don't do it and there are alot better options out there that actually work like they are supposed to

March 2024: the app is so broken on Pixel that it's hardly worth using. Can't scroll through incident details. I'll silence alerts only for them to deactivate with alert ringtones I have never used. Too many features are crammed onto the front page, and none of them work correctly, so what's the point? Really annoyed I have to have this app for my job.

Was working fine til a few days ago ...now I can't get it to work at all...keeps asking for login info, I've deleted and re-download it 4 times...still doesn't work. Got an email this morning stating the issue was resolved...deleted and reinstalled and still having the same problem... Update...working great now!

App used to work amazingly well until the last few "upgrades". These last "upgrades" have made it nearly unusable, as the app continuously gets stuck loading, or force closes. This is not a local problem, as several other users on different phones are having the same type problems.

The mapping/navigation needs working on, the updates made the hole over app worse then it was. Getting call information very slow.

Until this last update, I loved the app. Now, this update has taken away the android system's ability to see the complete daily schedule with names. In both the schedule and my schedule location, it only shows my individual schedule. I hope you fix this little glitch because I love the app.
