was transferred to amaysim, which sucks! still receiving messages from circles life,that my bill isn't paid but unable to log in to circles life app to do anything about it,it is their own fault for transferring it's customers. 1⭐ for both circles life & amaysim!

can't pay bill as the app won't send the one time password text so can't login to the app. spoke to customer support, they couldn't help. and there is no web portal, only the app. great work

Very sorry to see Circles sold to Amaysim. It was excellent coverage & speed. Great plans with extra data bonus. Sadly I'm already having trouble with Amaysim connections. I left Amaysim for this reason when I signed up to Circles.

I'm overseas and I switched on roaming, which works well when on. However, when I tried to switch it off from the app it is stuck on "processing request". I have tried several things to fix it such as reinstalling the app, switched off the phone, took out simm card etc... worked great last year when I was OS, but there is a glitch this year. Help.

After being with Circles for probably more than a year now, although the price may be good it does have a trade-off. The network speed after a few months gets bottlenecked. You're no prioritised on the optus network and get insanely slow speeds. Different locations, different phones it's been ridiculously slow. Even after contacting Circles they've been rather unhelpful to put it lightly. I would advise using another service as I'll be switching soon. I can't work with a slow internet speed.

I just received an email stating that "my circles life bill failed again" and that they "made several attempts to deduct the payment of at least one of your unpaid bills". My account is set up to direct debit and when I went to the app and clicked pay now it went straight through. So the problem is obviously on your end, not mine. This is the first time this has ever happened, so to receive such a RUDE email was shocking. I am now looking into switching companies.

It's not great. App is limited, cannot track excess data or 3gb bonus data so you're in the wilderness. As a result I had $40 excess data fee and account was blocked for a day. Also can't change plans so you're stuck with what you got. Speeds are slow here in Gold Coast but that's more Optus problem. Switched to Vodafone and has been so much quicker. Highly recommend FELIX. Unlimited data for $35. No more excess data fees.

DO NOT choose circles! Were ok for 2 years until I upgraded my plan. Sneaky extra fees they never mention to you, which, as far as I am aware, it is illegal to not disclose all costs. The app is quite useless and has gotten worse over time. Also a bit hard to track your data usage as it only updates after 3hrs. Their notification system is also way behind. Customer service has also gone down hill. They expect you to reply quick but they take over a week to reply to you, and still not fix it.
