The app is well designed and easy to navigate. It's aesthetically pleasing. Amount of English subtitled content varies based on group - if you're here for BBZ, you're fine. If you're here for EXILE, I would recommend learning Japanese. Occasionally only half of a pair of videos will be subtitled - it's fine if it's only the first half is subtitled, but frustrating if it's only the second half. I have branched out into unsubbed content where I can guess what's happening, like Dodgeball Kingdom.

The app is very nice and finally gives some content from LDH artists that I can't find on YouTube. However, there are a few cons to it. Firstly, you can't save or screenshot pics which is pretty disappointing because the artists post many that you can't see in their socials. Secondly, if you stan older EXILE groups, there's no English subs on their programs. Lastly, please add a translation feature to community posts for international fans. Thank you 🙏🏻

The notifications for shows are available but notification for LiveCast of artists I follow did not arrive. It has been going on for a month now and I have missed a lot of LiveCast which is very disappointing considering I pay for the Premium subscription. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Navigation inside the app is fine and notifications also work well for those artist that I've followed. With international fans subscribing to the service i hope they will add English subtitles to all contents. I joined for D.I so its a bit frustrating to see not all episodes have sub. Anyway, i do appreciate the machine learning translator during live, that's a good addition.

There's not many options available for international fans like me. It would be appreciated if you could more subtitles in many of your videos on CL and as well as live broadcasts. Also, if you would extend the viewing time of videos of Jr. Exile, Sandiame J Soul Brothers, and Exile videos, as well providing English subtitles for them too.

very great app, i subscribe bcs of machida :) since many overseas come here, it would be great if the app could also provide auto translate sub in the video. something that available like in skype and google meet. i know it is not accurate but worth to try, at least it can give some hints to overseas fans what our idol is talking about. ✌️

As many international fans stated before, maybe you could consider adding subtitles to your videos. Personally, I am a GENE fan from Greece, and I would like to watch more of their videos with subs. Furthermore, as there is a huge time difference between Greece and Japan, there are many times that I miss the live videos, and I can't comment on the uploaded live video. Maybe you could consider creating more ways for the intern. fans to communicate with the artists. Thank you.

Thank you for starting to make english subtitles available now, though not that many, but still..thank you so much! It's really nice to finally having an app to watch ldh groups (especially sandaime 🥺) hopefully there'll be more videos available for the eng sub.. subscribing as premium member is totally worth it! 😆😆 三代目のマレーシア大ファンで~す😆💕
