Beware! This app has major flaws. Do not try to cancel a reservation on a mobile device. I used this app to book parking but had to cancel several weeks before the trip. I followed the "easy" instructions and the app displayed a canceled message. Two weeks later, I started to book parking for a trip in October and saw my first booking was still active and too late to cancel. Tried contacting through email twice and had no response. Charged $73.00. Great way for CLT airport to increase revenue.

Security gate information is notoriously inaccurate. Basically useless.Parking info and ability to prepay for parking through the app is helpful. Just wish the open/closed and wait times were more reliable.

Nicely done airport app. It is essential in order to book parking in advance and have a guaranteed spot. They keep making commonsense improvements that are well conceived and well executed.
