What a piece of junk, please bring back the old testers. These testers make us light service providers look so unprofessional. Nothing but connection issues, stops working half way through a test. On a positive note it is faster. Is it possible to add how many copys of the test you want to print so you dont have to keep connecting to a printer for every copy.

The recent update in February 2020 has some bugs. I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issues or not. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting, clearing cache, everything. I finally had to find the previous update. The issue is this...the app says it loses communication with the tester several times with the app which means you either have to restart the test or app. Second the app shuts off after the rev and you have to restart

Barcode scanning has been improved, but the tester is overly optimistic on bad batteries (Good & Recharge results) and pessimistic on good batteries (Replace if you say Yes to driven in the last 24 hours). Bluetooth connection issues, Load Error, and Unstable Voltage plague the tester, preventing progress through a test forcing you to start over. And the best yet is if you change the phone's orientation (like trying to scan a VIN), it kicks you out to the Home screen mid test.

While it is may test accurately when in the field the app is difficult to use especially in bad weather. You always have to use the pin wheels to select the type of battery even though 95 percent are flooded. It always starts at 300 cca when most are between 500 to 700 cca. Again trying to use the pin wheels on a phone wearing gloves in bad weather isn't working. As you move through the app it doesn't get easier and buttons are small to use with gloves with too many steps.

Poorly made app resets vin number and battery settings that i select when you get the message "voltage unstable please wait" or after the tester has been disconnected despite the trainer telling us these wont do that. Its been YEARS and you guys cant update the app with quality of life improvements? Unacceptable..

Was working ok until it updated last night. Now closes when trying to open app, cant even log in. Samsung s9. Never have been able to use vin scanner in this app, however vin scanner works perfectly in other apps I use.

when I scan a vin and it will log me out and I have to re do the whole test. amd also I have to delete the tester and re connect the tester to do a test on a battery. it's a good app I just think yall are trying too much. we need simple testers l
