My score is 95 during one month so far, I struggled to connect sensor properly. I attached it to the wind screen but kept getting notifications that sensor is lose and needs to be attached again. I called customer service, they said you need to spend over 2 hours driving and then it will fixes which it did. But made feel a bit frustrated, I was thinking what if they will cancel my policy because their sensor isn't working properly. But now it's working, well it saved me over 350£, give it a go.

This app is so frustrating and intrusive, I'm constantly getting notifications about I'm using my phone while I'm driving when I'm not. It forces you to have Bluetooth on at all times even when sat at home, if not you constantly get reminders that it can't access your phone. This insurance company is terrible and best to avoid for anyone looking at this review, sadly my partner sorted the insurance and this is the garbage we end up with. Roll on thw end of the trash contract....

Really stressful experience. I accidentally brought first central telesmatic car insurance when i was in a rush ( silly me). All it's been is hassle, the app is awful and doesn't even connect to the sensor properly! Also you have to always have the app up in the background whilst your driving which is a pain to remember & battery draining! Really bad app.

I guess the app itself is good, but holy damn they are strict with what counts as hard breaking, acceleration, and turning. I feel as though you have to drive excessively/dangerously slow to score 100 on everything. Where I live, there are a lot of 60 roads that merge where you have to stop and give way, and if you get up to speed in a reasonable amount of time to not cause a collision or traffic jam, you'll be scored extremely low on acceleration, same for breaking and turning. Good luck, lol

Very bad app. Records things on their system, but app doesn't record or show any faults. Warnings are sent, and then silently they cancel your policy. Then you have to pay cancellation fee and sensor fee and more fees. You call them and tell them what happened, they keep on repeating your options, which you don't have. So you end up with a car with no policy, and a lot of fees extra in order to cancel the policy, or have it cancelled, but that will mess up your records for life. Not reccomended

This app records hard cornering on straight rounds...? And says I've been using my phone while driving when if it's in my bag or away in the cup holder. Good priced insurance but the app is not good

This app does not log me in. Unsure of the issue. Haven't had a response for a while. Can only use the desktop or browser interface.

App doesn't work, sit in my car for 10 minutes trying to connect the thing, no button or option does it 'automatically'. registers you've made trips without it even being connected so they can use it to cancel your insurance, no alert or noise or anything to inform you you're driving without it being connected, called then up several times to let then know I was having problems with it with zero help whatsoever.
