UCA used this for our camp material, for music it works fine, but it I purchased the music before we went to camp and downloaded it. It worked fine, then UCA gave us the code for the camp material, and the app would not let me download it because it said I already had the album. So I couldn't download the videos. It took frequent emails with Clementune to get it fixed so it would finally work. UPDATE: I have my material, but the app freezes constantly, unless on high speed Internet.

Out of no where my app stopped playing any music at all. I have 3 play lists on here that I redeemed from Camp and it will only play the videos. I hacve contacted your customer support and have not received anything. And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app about 5 times already. Noy android friendly all of a sudden.

it is a great app, but the fact you can ONLY use the music in this app is a MAJOR issue. I am not always there when the team needs to perform, to have to purchase the music AGAIN makes it such an expensive way to do this. and you can only buy the album at that! seems like another way to get money on an already very expensive experience. just wish we could use the music outside of the app.

I use this only because the previous dance coach used it and the songs the girls had choreography to were in the app. I had a scheduling conflict and missed a pep rally. It was a disaster as I couldn't get the music to anyone to play for them because there is literally no way to play these mixes outside of the app. On top of that, the app is super buggy and crashes all the time. Literally not worth the time and hassle.

Seems to be convenient, but it's not. I get 1 useful play out of it, then need to close the app and reopen to replay. Even after closing our song tends to play on its own for whatever reason. We compete in a week, makes me nervous Update 10-13-23 I have emailed customer support and have not received a response back

I HATE this app with a passion. All 2017 I couldn't use that music because the app never allowed me to redeem the music. Now in 2018 it magically redeemed the album. While I can get to the 2018 music on my phone because I downloaded it there I can get it on my laptop and put on a CD....not all schools are high tech. I loathe this app and wished we still received CDs.

Not able to switch from audio to video easily. I have used this app for 4 years for cheer camps. I find it very annoying for an app with so little content that I cannot switch from video to audio on soundtracks/albums without performing some act of god.

Clementune was working perfectly and now it will open and immediately close. I have uninstalled, completely shut my phone down, and did a force stop on the app and nothing has worked. What else can I do to fix this issue because I need it for our cheer music. Thanks!
