Worst App. Very fast when deducting driver credit for advanced booking job but very slow like slowpoke when reimburse driver compensation when rider no show. Airasia developers pls use yr brain when making an app. Shud be given 0 star actually

Mostly pick up distance is too far, Please provide an option for destination when drivers need to get back home or somewhere urgent so you don't loose to Grab. Revise a proper fare. Give option for dark mode, cut down on phone heating, battery save, also cut down on bandwidth usage. Regardless thanks to all the hardworking team behind the scenes. When i first tried to register my documents it was a nightmare, it was so frustrating that i nearly gave up. Hope it's easy now

The need to toggle location service to "Always" is just absurd, app logs you out anyway if you are idle, this is overkill to battery/phone performance (and privacy) too. Because of this, tapping top blue bar to quickly switch between open GPS-reliant app does not work on this app. There is not even a dedicated channel for drivers to communicate with CS except phone calls. Refund me back the credit reload amount soon please.

This new latest version is very messy. Too many icons blocking half of the apps..Sometimes can only hear sound of incoming bookings but cannot see the bookings. Next moment, it says " Sorry, another driver accepted the bookings" The previous version is much better, very clean. All the details are hidden. I also feel kepala pening with the latest updated version.Tqvm.

1) System are bad. 2) Driver T&C bad. 3) Sometime deduct cash wallet money for no reason. 4) Customer service always never reply. 5) AirAsia bad on customer service & after sale service event in raider or airline. 👎🏻

Horrible E-hailing driver app that seems to be designed by amateurs and not professionals. It feels worlds apart if you compare it to the likes of Grab and InDriver. I have seen some improvements over the past couple of months, but unfortunately they're very minimal and the app is still very poorly designed especially in terms of its UX.

After upgrade to the latest version 1.11.0-72 today evening, my ID totally lockouts for no reason. This is badly impact to all drivers earnings 😡. This apps glitch can killl driver's life in directly and reflect badly to the potential that there's no driver on this period. I tried on 3 phone number and phone set encountered same issue which ahowed only something wrong. When the new incoming job come in, the audio volume turn to maximum which is very annoying even it is on standby mode.

My experience with this app were Shocking. The whole format is not user friendly. 1. Passenger cancelled booking NO notification. 2. GPS system were not sync with The App 3. Live Chat is hopeless. 4. Mapping location is totally out of range. 5. CS call centre number is useless. 6. Driver Tiers is totally bs. Where is the information? 7. Driver setting another bs 8. Driver incentives is like want to give or not feel like giving. 9. INBOX?? Seriously 10. FAQ?? Is a 🤣 Please keep improving
