For one, ya'll need to stop with this password reset. It does not add extra security, and it's just plain unnecessary. No one is trying to hack it as there's no money that goes through it whatsoever. It's very annoying and needs to end. The app has improved in stability bit by bit, but it still needs major work.

I ❤️ that I don't have to remember my login, it's saved & I just use my fingerprint to login. Should have an option to message everyone trained to pick up shifts, ie: all servers or all bussers. When I offer a shift I have to contact my manager to make the swap since the app never allows us to do it. Most of us have second jobs so we should be able to update our availability in the app so we can have the same day off at both not this blackout for over a month, a week is fine. Need file sharing.

APP Has a lot of bugs. I type a name to message someone, and only managers who have sent messages come up. Mandatory password reset every 2-3 months is problematic. Plain and simple the app really does suck. What was wrong with the older app? It was an android app and It worked well. In fact, here is a little bit of advice Darden...don't listen to the guy who says a new app works better. The only reason they say that is because they want the money!

They even made a new app to fix the old one constantly being down just for the new one to have twice as many issues it's not like Darden can't afford to hire someone who actually knows how to make an app. 5 trys later and it just keeps getting worse every time, I've worked here for 4 years and the most usable version of this app was the one I started with, still barely worked but I could at least check my schedule without it being down or pick up a shift, I get the notification but not the shift

It is, and always has been, THE WORST app I use in my daily life. Where do I begin... the new version won't let use a saved password so I have to manually put it in every time, and then, it always misses a couple keys of it so I have to re-enter the same thing. So weird!! It goes down periodically... right when I need to see my schedule. I have to click several buttons twice to get where I need to go. The old version was better but barely. Terrible app. Sucks were forced to use it.....

Buggy and annoying. Also one feature that was working before isn't working now! I posted a shift to a team member and decided to cancel it-- the "cancel post" button weirdly leads to a pop-up that says "Send to manager for approval", which is not what I wanted to do. Even if you click that, it just responds with an error message-- on both the app AND the browser website!! Get a better software developer please

The previous app had less issues. This app is trash. There is no way to send a message to ALL people or all one group & your only option is to message people individually. On top of that, this new app does not save my credentials. Ever. Even when I click the "remember me" button. I'm sure I don't even have to mention how often this app is under maintenance. All of us know this already. So, Darden, if you want to roll out a new system, make sure the most basic functions actually work

This app is a step backwards from the previous one in every way . I was forced to download the new one. It's constantly down for maintenance, and when it is you can't see your schedule or any information at all! It also constantly signs you out, extremely quick,unlike the previous app that just asked for your 4 digit pin. So you have to keep signing in over and over when you want to see your schedule I hate this app
