Functionality good but so slow and occasionally goes through a login phase. I just want to turn something on, they need to work on making convenience a priority. It just took 10 seconds to start up the app and it immediately asked me to rate it which made the rating really easy to decide

Worked for a week then lost connection. Router still shows it getting an ip just app cannot connect. No way to reset heater. Uninstall reinstall didn't fix either. Waste of time to only work for a week. Just get cheaper model without wifi.

Keeps disconnecting. It lags when you try to switch between different settings. It often requires the unit to be manually restarted, which means you cannot operated unless you're physically at home. The timer doesnt work and as soon as you exit the app or your phone goes to sleep it will reset. Paid £900 for it on Argos and it's absolutely not worth the price.

Nice in theory and remotely turning on/off the unit is useful, but it often doesn't recognise that the CST is there even when it was used to turn on or change settings on the unit, and if you set a shut off timer via the app, it won't shut off after the timer runs out. You have to do that with the CST. Also annoying when it tells me to hang my clothes outside and such. Just cool my room, pal.

Unfortunately I have never been able to get the scheduler to work in my dehumidifier. Edit Sept. 2024: still can't get the scheduler to work in this app but using Google assistant I can set schedules. Sometimes it beeps and changes modes but itself 😡 Basically it's an ok dehumidifier, but the app sucks so much.

Forever having to re-login, which has been made as awkward as possible. Has been improved slightly. Lifting rating 1 star. A few bug improvements has made the app a bit more reliable. Don't think it's enough to lift it to four stars.

Repeatedly cannot find the air conditioning unit. The unit needs to be turned off and back on again. Has never found the CST remote control. The app is slow and clunky. The air conditioner is good but this app is junk.
