Poorly implemented, poorly designed, poorly developed. Never had so many problems with an app, same goes for their browser application. Sometimes it just changes your password out of the blue. Sometimes it simply won't log in. Sometimes it logs into a black screen and I can't do anything. This latest update the deltek page opens and it stops there, no log in prompt, no nothing. I'm going to urge my company every chance I get to seek another method of time keeping, because this is garbage.

Even when the text is big enough to hit the right thing it's hard to navigate with lots of tables and long, thin columns. Often one thing gets on top of another and you can't even see what you need. But today everything was really tiny and I couldn't even touch the right row. As a web developer I am really surprised that Deltek released this. The older app for the previous version was much much better.

It's super irritating that I can't make a correction without having to explain it, even if the correction is 3 seconds after saving when some of my coworkers have no issues with that. Having to explain corrections at all seems stupid to me. Also if, for whatever reason, I have to exit the app (without closing) I have to sign back in, which is also annoying. Not being able to delete a costcode is annoying. Really everything about deltek is pretty annoying.

App works decently once you input your account info but it has a major fault IMO. When your password expires, and you have biometric login (may do it with regular PW too) it just sits there and spins, no error message, just won't load. And obviously no way to enter a new one, you have to be on a PC to do that. The first time I just thought the service was down, which had our administrator chewing us out to fill in our time and sign the sheet.

This is atrocious. I only use this because the desktop version is entirely unusable on mobile. Truly an astonishingly bad UI. Trying to enter hours for multiple days or charge numbers is exceedingly difficult, and it often repeatedly puts hours in previous charge numbers when trying to do this. I wish there was an alternative.

very difficult to get logged in for the first time and the help desk had to provide the url and initial set up. after that it looks easier but if you make a mistake it's impossible to correct it while logged in I had to back out and log in again. it could just the learning curve process. it definitely would have been much better to have a briefing by HR prior to downloading the app.

Update: A few months on and I still believe this is the worst app ever created. Not allowed to paste in "touch server" url. Aweful UI just like their browser version. Been using a few days now and its confirmed, Deltek has never hired a UI engineer. Authentication integration is trivial. I updated my password so I had to put in my PIN "wrong" 3x before being allowed to enter new password and set a new pin. Anything over a $1/Month for your entire company to use Deltek is too much.

This is the biggest POS ever. Adds random start times that weren't there after it says the timesheet was "signed." Status still says open and when you try to "sign" it an error is produced about the system added start time. Try to edit/remove the system added start time and it tells you to use the desktop version to deal with it. Utterly useless app.
