The app doesn't help much. I can't look for the bus lines in the map, nor where the lines stop. The only thing the app could show me is a quite basic map and the bus schedule,which for a tourist is not that informative since the names of the stations don't tell much about where they are located in the island.

Not working at all. Routes, proxima guagua and next stop button is greyed out like in the screenshot by vendor. Not working. Lineas y horarios produces connection error. Puntas de venta shows two locations total. Tarifas shows a blank page. Favoritos useless because it refers to the greyed out functions. Guaguas al minuto is a link to tilp twitter profile, last entry there dates 2019. Guaguas al año maybe? Saldos de tarjeta is greyed out. Ayuda shows how the app was meant to work. Broken app.

Bewildering process to load money and transfer it to your Bono card. Added 10 euro, moved it to the card, which then set a timer countdown after which it erases your funds. Bye bye 10 euro and a hard "No" trying to get on a bus. Embarrassing. Do not recommend.
