what's the use of this app if it doesn't work offline, it also has errors that occur and why not do it the simpler way. for example, just put it in the dial up whatever we usually do (I'm not a tech expert). tcc and ucall does better than this.

I cant top up using my credit card. I have to enter a voucher card into the app and then subscribe to the plans. When I try to top up with a credit card, I have to log in again when I'm already logged into my account. It won't let me create a log in account using my Google account. It is inconsistent with showing you plans that you've subscribed to and when it has expired. It's just not user friendly. Tends to cut off with error messages.

i give this one star because, just recently I've bought some credit into my phone but there wasn't any amount of the particular credit that i just recently purchased displayed on the area which shows that i have this amount of credit on my phone, and sadly i couldn't purchase data on the app also it's not good seeing that this is a big Company but this couldn't get this issue fixed and also as a customer i am losing my hard earned money. Please team fix this issue ASAP 😒😮💨🙏

I am an unwired customer only and whenever I get logged out of the app I am required to retrieve a pin which is sent to the sim (via a 3rd party app as the modem supplied doesn't display any message). The difficult part is when the device is not with me and I have to login to topup. The simple answer I get when seeking for help from online agent is to retrieve the pin from the sim. Please learn from myTelecom

The app is very handy, but I'd like to point out that as of the latest update the app doesn't load properly irrespective of it being free traffic or having data. It just won't load. I'd never had issues with the app before but ever since this latest update this issue has occurred one too many times. Hoping the team fixes this.

Terrible App. The information they hold is always changing, no history shown for transactions and all links for information broken, if you need help you have to stand in a que at a shop for 30 min, nothing can be done online. Every few months they seem to change the way to top up your account with the latest update will kot allow me to top up or eben reset password

I like the old version more than this new one cause it works better. And also this new version doesn't work so Good bcauz when I buy a data plan it doesn't work and also the new data plan version that makes you eligible to get the rewards or shake it doesn't work, I only got the data but the shake it is malfunctioning like it shows back to my digicel app even though I received the message of shake it for 24hours, but apart from this it works fine.

Says you can create an account without a phone number. You can't because impossible to skip the phone number field and receive a code to it. uninstalling because, catch 22, I need this app to activate and top up my Vanuatu sim 😐
