App works well. Couple small fixes please: Upon trying to login, I can't enter my password. App doesn't accept the special character in the password that I used when I created the account. I must copy and paste the password from elsewhere in order to login into my account. In the step counter, distance measurement is in miles with no option for kilometres. Can't turn off notifications from Apple Music. I receive a notification for every song played. It drains the battery more quickly.

There needs to be more features. 1. More watch faces. 2. More customization of custom watch faces (like being able to move the time and date around and using gifs in the background). 3. More notification control. The watch just throws every notification your phone has and it's annoying. I only need notifications from messages, emails, calls. 4. Auto weather sync. I need to sync the weather manually everytime.

I have bought, exchanged 4 of these watches in the last 6 month. It works fine for a few days and then it just stops and I can't use it in any way. It's constantly updating my location, every 2-5 minutes, constantly. There is a bug in it, because it kept shutting down and told me there is a bug in the app. I'm beyond frustrated. I bought this apexwear plus and thought it was great, now I know you will need to figure out what happened because I will keepsending defective 1 back.

1. The app drains your battery... fast! 2. The watch keeps disconnecting and requires deleting the device from the app and re-adding it 3. Adding the watch via proximity detection doesn't always work. Adding the watch via the QR code on the watch usually works 4. My bluetooth status constantly says it couldn't properly connect once paired 5. Getting weather updates relies on manually sync it from the app 6. Buy a better watch and avoid this app 7. Or, delete the app after setup

New, familiar, young Samsung 20 FE smart phone, fully charged, new Apex wristwatch fully charged. Turned the watch on to see the QR code. Scanned it with phone, Apex finally shows up after several attempts. Clicked Apex to pair, the phone says it can't find the device! Trieed so many times, tried scanning for the device. Turned Bluetooth on and off and on again. Turned watch off and on again. So very annoying as my spouse's Google Pixel 6 worked, all be it the second attempt.

I would give a 5 star rating if there were more watch faces to select from. I would like to see something like Star Trek, fallout, or Casio watch faces, of at all possible.

Consistently doesn't register the watch, even after pairing it to my phone. The qr code isn't working either.

The app kills your phone battery like crazy. You can delete the app once you connect as a guest but problem is then you lose a lot of it's functions. No music, no weather I would avoid this product and invest in a proper smart watch that seemlesly connect with your phone instead through a 3rd party app. You need to import information to th watch- it doesn't really sync things for you. Pretty lame, this is 2024 guys come on.
