The app interface is very good but they details are not accurate real cost of travel is higher than the price they mentioned . Price is not a problem but after finishing the ride the cost is higher also in the app call support they telling 12 rupees per km but in the app they mentioned 8/km it's not fair especially in the cost they have to update the price as per the current economy and situation

Taxi service is good and friendly drivers, but problem here is they are not updating rates frequently in apps and website, it shows something and actual rate is something higher than estimate calculation. very disappointed, kindly update rates as per market frequently to get actual estimated rates

Don't trust this app... They will charge more kilometre after u complete ur ride and also most of the vehicle are old.. I had vehicle break down experience also with this cab... If u select this cab for ur journey have extra money for their excess charges and hiring another taxi in the middle for breakdown

App is Outdated and when contact customer care they told us to Update the App, But there is no Update available in Play Store. As per tarrif Chart it shows 16 but customer support team says it's 19. Compare to outstation cab vendors charges are high. Last update of the app is 2021, First Update the App in Play Store, Don't cheat customers.

I booked Innova/Xylo for Chennai airport to Puducherry and then because it was so good Puducherry to Chennai airport again. Pros** Hassle free booking process. Easy app interface. Call centre is very responsive . Cars are in great shape with AC Comparing to any other option (through hotel/travels) hire me will save you 1000bucks. Cons*none PS- it takes some time to assign driver(definitely 4hrs before start of journey) but if you call customer care they expedite the process.

One of the best cab service for outstation commute. Underrated app which everyone should know about. I wish they continue the service for long time and many user have great experience riding with HireMe Taxi at best price in the market.
