App crashes when clicking 'reserve now' on ANY restaurant. I highlight that as the tech support tried to explain that it crashes because the chosen restaurant isn't accepting online reservations. That may be the case but it crashed at EVERY restaurant. And when i tried to attach a screenshot of the crash notice of the app to the support chat.... it crashed again. This app used to work. It's pointless now.

The import function does not work. The search function does not find the restaurant I made a reservation at. The map only shows 13 restaurants, not including at least one that the search function found. Gives an error each time I go into my profile. Phone number edit does not show the same area code as shown in the profile. Unusable for me.

This app is horrible! I reserved a dinner reservation for Aoki, and I wanted to change it, but I have to use this app to change my reservation around or manage it! I can't even do that because after making an account, the dand thing glitches and crashes.

App keeps crashing when used in bahrain. Tried reinstalling and used different phones and the issue persists. This has gone on for the past 6 months ,will be happy to go back to calling restaurants for booking

I reserved a table at one of restaurants for Eid through thid application. However, when I reached the restaurant there was no reservation under my name although I have received a confirmation SMS. The restaurant informed us that they are not registered with eatapp anymore! I cannot trust this app anymore.

For a few months now, I could not access my account because it tells me my password is wrong. Upon resetting, the app refuses to acknowledge my new password. I've reached out to support multiple times and they failed to fix it.

The app won't let me log in, even with the right email and password it still doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling it to see if that would help but nope.

Registered, want to follow up on my reservations, but can't sign into the app with credentials. Resetting my password, link received DONT provide an option to do so only takes you back to the sign in page.
