Overall, very good app, and prompt support too, thanks! I use this app with a 15k window AC unit, that is controlled by a WiFi smart switch. I only use the AC later in the day and do not like it to be powered on all the time. Yes I can turn AC off using this app, but the WiFi is still powered on all the time. With AC completely powered off by WiFi switch, do not have to worry about power surges or lightning strikes damaging it.

(edited to add: I'm SO glad I'm getting ductless installed soon so i can ditch this useless app and air conditioner ASAP) If I didn't have to use this app to control my ac (since the service people AND the replacement unit never showed up), I would delete it and not look back. It disconnects several times a month and everytime it disconnects, while trying to log back in it claims that password/email are incorrect. When it does decide to work, the app is slow to respond as well.

No longer supports my AC and there are no options to adjust the schedule I have setup using the remote or controls on the unit as instructed by the app. losing remote access via the app defeats the purpose and only serves as a deterrent towards future purchases of the brand. It worked fine prior to the recent update and there is no option to downgrade. Integrated with several "smart home" devices and now it's useless. Up to this point I was pleased with the devices.

UPDATE: I reset my assistants, my air conditioner, my modem & router, and it finally connected. Do all these if ur having the issues I was having(below), & all at the same time. *ORIGINAL POST: Will NOT reconnect to my google assistant. I've been trying for hours! Worked this morning and an hour later google assistant can't reconnect no matter how many codes they send me! Just keeps saying, "try again" and I'm tired of trying!!!!! What good is an app that doesn't do what it's suppose to do.

The task function doesn't function correctly. AC doesn't turn off. Even worse, a task must be set to run every week on a selected day and can not be set for just this day. Additionally, USING the turn-off function button doesn't turn off the AC. I have to go back into the app and tap turn-off a second or third time before AC responds.

Same issue as A. Prz. No longer have access to remotely control this unit, which is the reason I purchased it in the first place. So now its locked into a scheule I cannot change. Essentially a wasted purchase. Does not bode well for any future purchase. Hard to believe the app couldn't have been updated security wise without bricking current models. This AC unit is only used to cool an unmanned facility. So will need to trash it and buy another brand. Very disappointed.

Do not buy Frigidaire products. Bought a "smart" window AC in April - it is now October and the appliance will not connect to the internet. I'm on an S24 Ultra and I have to remove the AC and re-add it constantly. Defeats the purpose of buying a "smart AC." Extremely undependable. I'm on vacation now and can't control it remotely because of its unreliability. Would not recommend to anyone.

I installed it and couldn't get it off of Celsius. I messaged electrolux and they got right back to me and told me how to do it and it is as simple as can be. On the app go into your profile and pick 'units' . From there you can switch everything to US or Metric. I then went into my app manager and stopped the app and restarted it and it works perfectly. The AC unit works awesome. THANKS ! 😊
