I can't believe a company that produces this app for light bulbs doesn't include a dark mode. Want to slowly turn up the lights? Get blinded for trying. There's no way of timing anything to turn on / off correctly. A WEATHER app shows up at the top (why?) and it takes just long enough to load that you end up pressing it instead of the device at the top of the list that you were trying to access. The app could definitely benefit from some better design choices.

This app works for me, but it could be so much better! To start with the most basic, the app NEEDS a 'Dark Mode'. Secondly, I wish there were more options in the Tap-to-Run, such as choosing specific colours/scenes, rather than just your last selected setting. Lastly, a toggle option for the timer function to gradually dim the bulb before shutoff would be a great addition. The bulbs are very nice, especially for the price, but the app stops them from being a top reccomendation to friends!

Pretty average and not what I've expected. lots of useful features are missing, it seems like a minimum viable app! For example you can set a schedule for the light, but you can't set the brightness level! Or change it's color for RGB lights, it only has an ON/OFF switch! You need to set it manually every sigle time which defies the whole benefit of having a schedule or a routine! Or you can not set the color for RGB lights using the widgets. Hope they add the missing features soon!

After countless hours trying to get a Smart energy monitoring plug to work, I gave up and exchanged it for another one. Finally it worked, but not without having to have Bluetooth, Location, and 2.4GHz WiFi enabled (it can't use 5GHz). The "energy monitoring" side of it doesn't monitor energy usage and it bugged. Stays on 0.000 kWh perpetually, so pretty useless. The app is extremely rudamentary for technology in 2023, and is clunky. Barely connects to the smart plug. When it does, not useful.

The scene schedule is a nightmare to TRY TO set up. I want it ON at 9pm and OFF at 5am. I select the correct times, then it wants 'IF THEN' program stuff. I'm an end user not a program logic expert. Select ON TIME Select OFF TIME Select DAYS. This is all that is required. It's not user friendly or helpful. I got rid of the bulb and won't be buying again. Worst APP EVER!!

Have two of the smart wi-fi cameras, not very happy with having to pay cloud storage separately for each device (possibly add a discount for each additional device if we have to pay for each device, maybe??) Cannot delete singular video's from the cloud, only the full day. Also can't sort offline errors remotely, have to go to the camera and physically reset it. Not very user friendly app.

Would be a 5* if it didn't ask me for Bluetooth access EVERY SINGLE TIME that try to use one of my bulbs. I can't deny access, only back out of the menu and avoid it. But that's every time. In app permissions, I can neither grant or deny this app Bluetooth access. A constant loop of harassment for access just to use my bulbs. Why does this app even need Bluetooth when it's perfectly fine with WiFi? This is a new issue, why put it in?

Was a great app for my light bulbs. After the recent update, it is horrible. Used to be able to control lights while connected to 5ghz wifi, now only able to with 2.4. Not to mention the time it takes to actually be able to turn them on or change color. Wish I never updated this app! Please go back to how it used to be
