EquateAccess poskytuje vícefaktorové ověřování (MFA), které zjednodušuje vaše přihlášení a chrání váš účet EquatePlus další úrovní zabezpečení.Jak to funguje:
Až bude váš účet připraven začít používat EquateAccess, obdržíte pozvánku ke stažení aplikace. Po stažení postupujte podle jednoduchých pokynů a zaregistrujte jej do svého účtu.
Po dokončení snadného nastavení budete při každém přihlášení vyzváni k naskenování QR kódu. Pomocí EquateAccess naskenujte kód a autorizujte přihlášení na svém mobilním zařízení pomocí Face ID, Touch ID nebo zadáním vašeho EquateAccess PIN.
Požadavky:
• EquateAccess vyžaduje, aby fotoaparát vašeho mobilního zařízení naskenoval QR kódy. Po zobrazení výzvy aplikaci udělte oprávnění.
• Rozšířené přihlášení musí být nakonfigurováno pro vaši společnost. Před instalací EquateAccess se ujistěte, že jste obdrželi pozvánku.

I downloaded the app thinking that it was a standard app to let me check on my account, but that does not seem to be the case. As an app for authenticating, it is fairly useless and pointless. All it keeps asking for is for me to scan a QR code. After following all their steps up to the "success" screen, I still don't know what this is really used for. It's not like it is needed when I sign in from my computer anyways.

As others have commented, this is just an authenticator app. And I would agree that this is cumbersome - requiring a separate authenticator app instead of using Microsoft Authenticator, or the one used by the UK Govt for their websites, etc. Not impressed as it is one more thing to keep track of.

App is not able to scan QR code, which a simple scanner app is able to do so. Out of 10 attempts, it is able to scan one time resulting in "operation cannot be processed because there are no accounts defined". No way to login into the Equate Plus application without bypassing this.

It's ridiculous that Computershare made a whole app for just authentication. There's a bunch of other authentication apps that we already have that they could partner with rather than putting more junk on our phones. For those that are here because the website told you you need this app, find the button on the page that says "I don't have a smartphone"

Can anyone make this app actually work? Went through the process of setting it up as instructed. Still asking for QR code and to 'verify' my device, whatever that means- except, it complains that the network connectivity has issues. Even when I am standing next to my WiFi router with every other single app and device in my house using same said WiFi functions normally. Who tested and signed this off? Are we beta- no- alpha testers? Uninstalled. Shocking poor effort.

I agree with most other reviews of this app. It gets in a loop that only offers 1 method of access (pin access) which it describes as less secure than other methods. However it doesn't offer any other methods. It then does not let me get access to my account. Super frustrating...I would give it 0 stars but that's not an option.

Ridiculous and very problematic authentication application. It does not work to scan QR code. I constantly get a failure for the reason "no account exists" but clearly it does. When I authenticate via SMS I am instantly logged on. Terrible terrible terrible terrible app

Asks for Qr code, where does that come from? ! Needs an alternative way to set up. Rating is shown as 4.2 from 9ratings but only 2 are shown and they are both 1! Why not just make the website work on an android (landscape does not show entire screen!)... Oh yes, like every other organisation, because you want the app to collect lots of my data!
