This thing is so frustrating to use. At the beginning of each treatment session, I have to start over bc the machine emits high pitch sound tell8ng me to contact service. I'll move it and try again at least 4-5xs and more sometimes. Then, for no apparent reason, me not moving foot, the thing screams again and have to start trx over from beginning after I adjust it. Even if I've completed most of tx time, it'll make me start over from the beginning! I hate this thing!!!

The machine is awesome. After 12 weeks of a broken ankle in 3 places with little healing, feeling very discouraged, the Dr. ordered the X Exogen ultrasound bone stimulator. It arrived within days. By the 9th day, I began to feel some strength and being able some weight on the foot without severe pain. By the 15th week, I was able to bear full weight for a few minutes. I was walking slowly with a Cain In the 16th week, I can walk around my house, with an ace bandage still using the machine.

This app is a POINTLESS NUISANCE. It literally does nothing but blow your phone up with a ton of worthless notifications/videos. Use your Google calender to record and monitor your progress, it'll suit you better and won't bother you all day. What a joke !!

I tried to install and use this app for my new machine. It wouldn't open.....I uninstalled it and instead installed the 'aftermarket' version of it. It works perfectly. I would reccomend that people mad about this should maybe try that one? My machine and phone are newest models

The healing of my foot bone had become stagnet when I started using Exogen daily. At my 5 week appointment following the start I was positively impressed and excited. Onward!!
