Lots of glitches, confusion over whether or not I paid, overall not worth saving 45 seconds at the front desk to check in... besides, the bluetooth key feature barely works (and not at all if the elevator requires a key, so you have to go to the front desk to get a physical key anyway).

I didn't have any issues with the app, or for payment at the hotel at the end of my visit. I checked in online whilst on the train into town, and as I was in a rush this made it super convenient as no paperwork or waiting at the desk. New tech, it could be interesting to see where things go. Though if the person at the check in desk is lovely, it's a shame to miss out on personal interaction 🙏🏻

Really seamless experience - the digital key to access the lifts/access the room is great (I'm terrible for leaving my key in my room) and it all just works. I was reluctant to install yet another app and go through pre-check in but a few minutes prep on the train saved waiting in queues at reception, carrying round a key card and checking out in the morning.

Only used this once, but it's the most useful and clever app I've downloaded for a while. I stay in hotels a lot on business and often get to the hotel when check in is busiest, and usually when you basically want to get into the room with the minimum of fuss. Access your oom when the app tell you its ready, using an electronic key sent to your phone. Other features I've not tried, but there is the same rapid checkout procedure, with the invoice emailed, once again no queues and no fuss.

I hate this app already. Apart from the fact that it's yet another app making customers work for companies they already pay good money to, it's a dreadful time wasting experience. I lost count of the number of times I tried to enter payment details. Each time I have to re-enter card details, address, etc. Yes, I'm trying to do this on a train but my internet access works elsewhere, including to submit this comment, so why after selecting 'pay' it just resets the form is beyond me. Dreadful.

Annoying app that doesn't work properly (I couldn't use the lift) and it can only be used by the main guest, so it's a completely waste of time. According to customer service, "we don't have the feature to allow all parties in a booking to also use the pho e as a key...", like, really???? What's the point then??? I went to reception and asked for two key cards. AVOID UNTIL IT'S AN ACTUAL GOOD PRODUCT FOR CUSTOMERS

Took about 5 times longer than just checking in at the front desk, asked all manner of everything questions and charged the card instead of being pay upon checkout like originally requested. You can't send a key to your other guest in the same room. The key on the app didn't work when tested on the door. So all in all, had to go to the front desk and get two room keys that worked anyway.... WHAT IS THE POINT?! USELESS!
