Used in Austin for a Bachelor Party and it came in handy a lot. Needing to move somewhere between 6-12 people several times in a weekend it was a great way to keep people together instead of several ubers/taxi. Sometimes the scanning didn't work right away and sometimes if you add a person (pay for 2 guests) it wouldn't register on the drivers phone. Drivers were generally nice. Had one that kept rushing and was mad when an extra person came in last second. Idk what his deal was.

couldn't get past registration the registration requires your birth date and one has to click through the mouths. holding down the month arrow doesn't work. so a 30 year old needs to press 350 some click to get to the correct date

I received a 50% discount for my rides. I assumed this was for the entire van, so I paid for my entire group, but apparently, it was for only my ticket. I learned this when I saw the charges on my account. I asked their customer support why I was charged full price and they told me its for 1 ticket. They don't explicitly say this on their site. I wrote back to request a 50% refund due to their misleading policies. It's been four days since I messaged and I haven't received a reply.

I user their service a couple of weeks ago. I was charged around eight times the advertised fare for my ride since they decided to add 'small' additional fees for minimum ridership, which I was not made aware of when booking or boarding the ride. When I raised a ticket about this (there's no real-time support), I was told I would be given a refund. It's been two weeks now with no refund and no reply either from them upon further enquiry. Does not give me confidence to use their service again.

This app is a SCAM! They put in tiny letters that there will be a minimum passenger fee if you dont have 7 riders but they don't even say how much that fee actually is. I was under the impression I could book a quick 15 dollar ride for me and my mom to go sight seeing before our flight arrived at the airport and instead, once I got home, found out that I was billed 76 dollars!! That's insane for just a 20 min ride from the airport. It was only 18 dollars for a lyft ride!

Update: We were refunded for the overcharge/mistake. Resolution time was about 10 days. (Upated to 2 stars) original:Stay away until they work out complaint resolution and GPS. Used this app for the 1st time Sat. The driver was 25 min late, but clicked that he was at our house the entire time (the GPS location clearly shows he was not). Due to this, the app automatically added $4 per person for "wait time" (my own wait for the driver to show). Not only were we late, but also were overcharged $52

Unprepared drivers. Ineffective customer service. I installed Fetii after seeing a van when I was leaving a concert. I installed and requested a ride. A few minutes later the driver calls me saying that he didn't know how to get to me and recommended me to cancel the ride. Fetii charged me a cancellation fee. I contacted customer service to refund the fee, since this was a request from the driver, but they are not responding.

I scheduled a round trip ride for a group of 15 people, I made it very clear we had 15 people and needed a ride with 15 seats. On the return trip the van showed up with 11 seats, when I disputed this the driver said it's not his problem he just drives and I should talk to corporate - except there's no way to contact corporate currently. 4 people were left stranded in a remote area, absolutely unacceptable. Customer service has refused any sort of refund. Horrible company, don't use.
