FirstView® je váš zdroj pro zjištění polohy autobusu vašeho studenta, odhadovaných časů příjezdu na zastávku vašeho studenta a kdy autobus vašeho studenta přijíždí nebo odjíždí ze školy. FirstView® je partnerstvím mezi First Student a školními obvody, kterým sloužíme, a přináší studentům a jejich rodinám zvýšenou transparentnost a komunikaci o školním autobuse. V současné době je FirstView® k dispozici pouze pro malý počet školních obvodů, ale usilovně pracujeme na tom, abychom ho nabídli co největšímu počtu obvodů! Vyhrazená zákaznická podpora
• Kontaktujte FirstView® od pondělí do pátku:
- Volání na bezplatné telefonní číslo 888-889-8920 od 7:00 EST do 17:00. EST;
- Zaslání e-mailu zákaznické podpoře na adresu [email protected]; nebo
- Použití zpráv v aplikaci k poskytování zpětné vazby.

Živé sledování
• Obrazovka mapy FirstView® zobrazuje aktuální polohu a směr autobusu vašeho studenta, plán zastávek vašeho studenta pro aktuální den a časová razítka pro příjezdy a odjezdy školy.

Prediktivní časy příjezdu mezi zastávkami
• Analýzou trasy a dat GPS v reálném čase určíme odhadovaný čas příjezdu na vaši zastávku uvedenou na mapě FirstView®.

Vlastní upozornění a zprávy
• Nastavte push nebo e-mailová upozornění, která vás upozorní, když se autobus vašeho studenta nachází ve zvolené vzdálenosti nebo počtu minut od vaší zastávky.
• Dostávejte zprávy push o tom, proč má autobus vašeho studenta zpoždění, a odhad, jak dlouho bude mít zpoždění.

Multi-Stop View
• Autobusy pro všechny vaše studenty lze sledovat pomocí FirstView®. Pomocí individuálních barev pro každého studenta se každá vybraná zastávka zobrazí na mapě současně pro snadné prohlížení a rozlišení.

Další upozornění pro uživatele
• Hlavní uživatel aplikace FirstView® může připojit tři další e-mailové účty a přijímat e-mailová upozornění.

Bezpečný a snadný přístup
• FirstView® vyžaduje pro nastavení aplikace účet chráněný heslem spolu s ID vašeho studenta. Tímto způsobem můžete zastávku svého studenta zobrazit pouze vy.
• Zaregistrujte se a přihlaste se ze smartphonu, tabletu nebo počítače.

Garbage. It does not send notifications about distances you've specified so the bus could actually be on time but the map is showing it's at least 10mins away...so what's the point?? I can open, close, and re-open the map after seeing the bus with my own 2 eyes and the location still hasn't updated. This app is just as bad as the bus drivers that don't know how to use GPS! I'm willing to change my baby's school just to not deal with First Student at this point.

Half the time the app doesn't work in that the bus "location" is in the next city over. The timing isn't very accurate, either. There's always some sort of glitch that the transportation company hasn't seen before or can't troubleshoot. Overall not very reliable. Hopefully the developers figure it out because it could be a great app. Edit: it's been over a year since the initial review and nothing has changed. It's barely functional, still.

Is this app supposed to actually do anything, or be useful? GPS hasn't been on in well over a year, most of last school year and not at all this school year. It just shows my child's pick up and drop off time, which is what the little card in the mail was for. That peice of paper is 100x more useful than this app. I only download the app every so often with the hopes that it might work. Alas, it doesn't. Suprise. Un-installed.

If you are looking for a general idea it's not bad. It doesn't show you real time info. It just updates every 5 min. In the city I live in you can get halfway across city in 5 min so not supper useful. All my other map apps show a live dot moving on the screen which is much more precise in determining ETA. Also if the bus already passed your stop the ETA doesn't reflect that. It just moves ETA out further. I do like that it sends me an alert when it's 5 min away.

Maybe 1.5 stars - tops. I've been using this app for a whole school year. Top complaints: It's not accurate, there's a big lag, it's often disconnected from GPS, updates are delivered well after they're helpful. Every day (not exaggerating) it will say the bus is 10-12 minutes out when it drives past our house. The drop-off will go from that 10-12 min to "arrived" with less than 1 minute having passed. I will watch the bus go by while the app says it's still on a different street, and that's if the map is connected at all. Updates about the bus being late or having a different driver often come through HOURS after it's relevant information. If you were truly counting on this app for accurate information, you'd be in a rough spot.

It's not accurate, it only works maybe 25% of the time. I have everything properly configured on my phone, notifications etc. It's NOT reliable at all. This is my second year trying to use it. I'll keep it installed for the random chance it works but I cannot rely on it. I appreciate the developers effort to make an app like this but it does more harm than good if you're thinking it's going to accurately notify you of your child's bus.

I love the fact that this map is available for the public. However, my child have a sub diver often. Therefore, normally sub drivers, drive a different bus. The system can not track the sub diver bus. It is equally important to link the sub bus numbers. So that, we could still track our child while on the bus. That is why I rank 3 stars instead of 5. Because It is an awesome app when you can track your cild bus.

I found the account setup to be a bit tedious. The worst latest "feature" (bug) I have found is that I have to completely log in again every time I open the app. It can't even remember the state and school district. Super annoying and not user friendly. My child's bus location and estimated time is not the most accurate. Location is usually delayed by about a few minutes, sometimes just off to the point the app provides no value.
