Terrible costumer service. They signed me up for premium without an option to not sign up, and then they started the trial before I even received the device. When I asked to restart the trial once I received my device, they just told me that I'd have to sign up for premium online and basically forget the free trial. Edit: It's one year later, and they still charged me after I cancelled the subscription and they refuse to refund me. I have to go through PayPal dispute now. They're terrible!!!!

I bought this scanner and tried it out however once I saw the price I canceled it a day after I used it. Even though I canceled it within 1 day I still got charged the 99.99 price. I called and was told by the representative that they would send me an email to fix the issue that was 4 days ago. Still I have not heard anything, it seems like the company is a rip off and I would avoid it at all costs.

This device and app are WORTHLESS. Without premium, it lacks needed features and is constantly annoying you to get premium. If you are paying that much for premium, there are much better options. Scam alert. I though I was dismissing the premium subscription and the next thing I know is that they signed me up. I immediately cancelled the subscription and they billed my credit card anyway. The basic app does not tell you if you have driven enough for emissions to be valid Therefor WORTHLESS

This app is a true scam. I canceled the subscription way before the trial ended and they still charged me for a full year ($99). They won't even reply to the emails anymore. Be careful dont use this app/service or they will definitely scam you. Not useful at all there are many other OBD2 readers + apps that don't require a subscription I would definitely work better than this one.

I bought one of these two years ago but then I moved and it got packed in a box that I didn't pack myself so I just found it with Christmas decorations for some reason but I'm so glad I found it. I started having trouble with my car last week but this great little device has helped me so much. First it cleared a couple codes that were miscellaneous weird, then it gave me codes for the actual problems. I wish we had a DIY mechanic shop near now.

It's a basic scanner. You can turn codes off. No data logging. The thing that absolutely pisses me off is it randomly demands to know your mileage. The app will not do anything until you tell it your miliage. It is none of your business how many miles my car has . That has no functionality for you other than for them to sell your data most likely. Over all spend more money on a real scanner.

Ordered this OBDII for $20 (thanks to TikTok), and waited for my item to come. At about 10 days in, I got a notification my item was delivered, however, neither myself nor roommate recieved a package. I was also charged $99 for premium. I emailed them and they not only refunded the cost of premium but assessed that the device was lost im transition and promptly sent a new one, double checking my mailing address and so polite and helpful and very on top of fixing the mix up. Def recommend!!

If I can I will return it, I had to go through way too many hoops to use it and it would not read the codes until I had restarted the car and app multiple times (reconnecting the device each time). It's far from user friendly and took me a good 20-30 minutes to do what my other device can in 1 minute or less. I would strongly advise against buying this product. The ads for the premium service is obnoxious as well.
