Vaše karta MyKey a zůstatek na kartě lze spravovat a znovu načíst pomocí aplikace MyKey. Chcete-li platit kartou MyKey, jednoduše klepněte na svou kartu na cílovém ověřovateli jízdného v místním autobusu nebo na platformě stanice Red Line. Každá jízda musí být ověřena pomocí validátorů v místních autobusech nebo rychlých tranzitních stanicích.
Když si vytvoříte účet pomocí aplikace MyKey, automaticky se na vaši aplikaci MyKey a všechny karty MyKey spojené s vaším účtem automaticky vztahují denní a týdenní omezení jízdného. S denním omezením jízdného nikdy nebudete platit více než 4 $ za den (2 $ za zákazníky se sníženým tarifem) a s týdenním limitováním jízdného nikdy nikdy nebudete platit více než 15,75 $ za týden (7,65 $ pro zákazníky se sníženým tarifem).

Shouldn't have to load money onto an app cuz it should just be able to charge your card on file as you go. For that matter you should just be able to swipe a card directly on the bus like anywhere else in the world, and forget the stupid app. It's unnecessary and inconvenient, considering people who need public transpo are less likely to have a damn smartphone. Makes you load money in increments of $5, which is stupid because that's not what the bus costs, so you'll always have money left over.

This app needs a major update, I have $1.50 on here, and all I need is 25¢ to get on the bus, and It wants $5.00 regulation. Now I can't even get on the bus until I find $5.00. to put on it. Why not except 25¢ so I can have $1.75. I need to get on the bus. Heck If I was short 1¢ Why not except that. This app needs to take people more serious than it is with the amount we can put on it. Money is money. And alot of people take the bus. But what's with the floating Cash.

Well, I was denied a bus ride simply bc this app doesn't even load up, it's been working fine all month and the ONE day I needed to be somewhere, I cannot go. This app won't even let me log in. Please fix this.

Bring spare change for a fare. The app barcode rarely scans. The app will sign you out randomly. I was signed out as I boarded the bus and it takes 30 seconds to sign back in...which is longer than bus drivers are willing or allowed to wait. I had to step off, sign on again and waited for the next bus. My solution. Bring spare change and always monitor your mykey app the last 5 minutes before boarding to make sure you're not signed out.

The app itself seems to work fine. But it's hit or miss if the reader on the bus works. Twice I've had it say invalid QR code even though I have been using for several weeks. Some days it will scan fine. Other days it doesn't want to scan. Or the reader will say temporarily out of service. I always carry a little cash just incase but so far the few drivers I have been with just ask to see that I have enough money available on the app and wave me back.

The app is slow to load when you open it. Also the recent changes to the IndyGo bus routes was ridiculous inconvenient for a lot of people. I agree that the 92 bus was necessary but completely eliminating the 86 bus was so stupid. There is a whole stretch of 86 Street that now has no public transportation for people who have been relying on that bus! They should have just left it alone the 82 bus is pointless, those routes were already covered! Bring back the 86 bus!

Great app with all necessary functionalities, but doesn't open when needed, or rather perform equally with all devices (mine is Android). You need to keep updating or reinstalling to make it work! Many embarrassing moments with drivers on the bus, or while making other passengers wait! 😳

Zero This app functionality is absolutely outdated and unmaintained. IndyGo, is a public transit agency and municipal corporation of the City of Indianapolis. The fee is 1.75 which way higher then many cities with better public transportation also no fee available options. Basically unhinged officials in office who never bothered to take the bus even once in there life time. Update this App and provide more fee options scanning ticket should be easier. Provide more PT infrastructure
