When will you have an update for Android ver? iOS works finely, PC version works great, but the android version is so slow!!! It doesn't even load a message!!! I see that this has been an ongoing issue. You've been great with updates on the PC version, but how about the android version???

1 star--Utterly useless. I sign in and it crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No joy. It was working fine but until the update a few days ago. I need this for work. -- Support Reached out-- 0 Help. 0 stars. this thing still is a brick of an app -- from 0 to 4 stars After a couple weeks, they got a fix, emailed me directly, and followed up with me. App works great now. I do wish it wasn't so clunky. Also I can't add collaborates from the app. Coming soon?

Half baked and full of dead ends. No copy / paste, no dialer, no ability to sync phone contacts. Developers don't care and clearly don't use it. Not a good app to be PRO active on but good enough to be reactive to your incoming calls and leads. I guess that's what follow-up boss is good for, following up. Definitely sucks for reaching out. Shame as the desktop client is solid. If my company didn't make me use this with their phone number I would ditch it in half a heartbeat.

Updated... The app is nothing compared to the website and its always creating problems for me, even making me look very unprofessional at times... the biggest issues I have is how small they make the "claim" button, the lack of user ability, the screens that auto populate when opening a notification.. and many more problems.. I prefer to use the web page but when using on my phone it auto opens the app of forces you to download.. overall very weak interface between the 2.

desktop version is great. iOS version worked awesome, too. Switched to an Android and the app is so glitchy that I'm losing clients. Click to take a lead and it goes away, with no mention of where it went. Try to text with a client and the conversation cannot be seen. Try to open a client's message and its not there (but shows on notification screen). App freezes constantly. I've lost approx 50k in commissions this last week due to the glitchiness of this app and the inability to respond to text

Follow Up Boss on the computer is a great CRM with lots of features and has helped elevate my business. The app, however, is a big disappointment. And the more frustrating part is, despite leaving feedback, nothing is done to fix the issues. I’ve sent my comments to the support staff, and they gave the generic response of “thanks, we’ll look into it”. If you read through the comments, the issues people are experiencing today are the same issues people were experiencing as far back as 2017. You would figure that progress should have been made in that time. Very unfortunate! For the app (android): * They are missing is a standard dialer and texting feature so that you can call and text out to ANY number, not just your contacts. As of right now, you have to create a contact first, and then you can call or text them. Not very helpful if you don't need them saved as a contact (i.e. an agent from out of town, etc.). * They are missing a call log. * They are also missing the ability to create appointments on the go like you can on the desktop (on the app, you have to save things under “task” which is inconsistent with the desktop features). * You can't send someone a photo or screenshot via text. You can only send pictures using the desktop texting feature (which is useless when you’re at an appointment or on the go). * You can’t search for a keyword or phrase in your list of conversations. For example, if I talked to someone about “123 Main Street” but I can't remember who, you can't just simply type in 123 Main Street in the search bar. You literally have to search every single person's text in hopes of getting lucky by finding that conversation. * They need a scheduler (or send later) feature for texting (just like they do for emails). * The app glitches and freezes a lot. For the computer: * Fantastic features! Amazing program. * Like the app, they need to add a search bar where you can search for a keyword or phrase in your list of conversations (i.e.,123 Main Street), and they are missing a texting scheduler (send later feature).

Really, REALLY bad. The android version of this app is an absolute mess. Tons and tons of useless alerts about unclaimed leads. You can't sort clients/contacts - they're listed chronologically or by a "stage" label- AND THAT'S IT. The calendar only displays as a list, not as an actual calendar - zero customizability. The "settings" page has two settings. Email templates cannot be modified. You might think this app was still in Beta - it's not😵

Garbage, complete garbage. Can't find things where they should be. Have to tap multiple links for no good reason to get to something, CANT attach file to email. Joke Update. Logs you out constantly when clicking new lead notifications causing u to potentially lose deals. If you're driving on a highway have fun logging back in. Notifications a random, i get them whenever the app decides to send them.
