The app is limited to what you local water company pushes out in the form of data. Mine previously gave almost instant updates and the app showed the increase during the day as the water was running. Now my water company (Polk county. FL) changed something and now it upates once a month on your billing date, mine the 4th of the month. So the app shows no water usage during the month and then all the usage for the month on your billing date. Don't know if it is on app side or water company side.

Not a bad little App, but the data lags by about 12 hours or so. It's a bit hard to look closely at history. The "Compare to Other Households" doesn't show up. The gray bars aren't visible at all. It should show the gray bars (others) next to the blue bars (your usage) so it's easy to compare.

What good is it to get data that's 24 hrs old. Does vacation usage alarm come 24 hrs after a pipe burst. You can't analyze your usage with day old data. This app doesn't allow a second meter on the same account. Hire some good code writers and get up to date with IoT or get out of the business and stop ripping municipalities off.

Absolutely worthless to Little Elm, TX. Errors in app and stats that don't, and have never applied to our Town. Looks like whoever tested and approved the program must have been asleep. My Town sure wasted our tax dollars on this.

whats the point of alerts after 24 hours?

It had one job! I came home to a huge leak, but no alert from the app. It shows I used a huge amount of water too.

Already a member but un able to click on "Already a member"..(in white) its underneath, so to speak, " need help" so when you try to it tells you to call your utility.

Once again, the app is not functioning - I don't know if the problem is with the app or if the failure to process is for some other reason (Nutter Fort WV)
