Absolutely craptastic! It's a lump of pooh. I've never experienced an app so hard to install. Then, most of the 'features' don't function at all. The instructions could not have been originally written in English and however they were translated just doesn't work. Snail mail actually works faster than GotSport. GotSoccer wasn't fun, but it worked. GotSport simply does not work.

Update: still terrible. Their whole system has been down for a week. I can't contact my team. Totally unacceptable. Sep '22: Same as everyone else. Their website is terrible; app is no different. Can't sync my acct without selecting a pro version of the app, which is $75 as a "special promotional offer". I would just like to be able to save matches to a calendar: doesn't seem to be too much to ask of other website or app developers, but it definitely is for GotSport.

If I could this app negative stars I would. The functionality is horrible. It is hard to navigate, no option for notifications, so when new events, messages or anything is added you won't know about it until you open the app. As a coach i am unable to add players and thier parents as needed. It lacks almost all the features that make Team Snap worth using. Our team tried this app for 2 weeks and unanimously agreed to go back to using Team Snap even if they had to pay for it. THIS APP IS USELESS

Our soccer club switched to this app and I was so excited to have everything built in (roster, schedule, chat, etc.). Turns out it doesn't work well at all. The biggest issue I have is that I can't switch between teams - we have a kid in U6 and one in U10 and I can't switch between the two teams to see schedules, which is a nightmare. The app also doesn't display right on my Google Pixel 7 (a newer, up to date phone) so I struggle to see menus and options on all screens. Very disappointing.

Our team recently switched from Team Snap to.... this. It's been nothing but a mess. This app is VERY primitive. There is just no ease of use. You have to click 15 things just to confirm your availability for 1 activity. It doesn't connect to your calendar so 867 events have to be manually entered if you use a Google calendar or the like. The most frustrating is that notifications don't function properly or at all.

Notifications suck. I have an android. The app itself doesn't have a notifications setting option. Via my phones notifications setting and apps, notifications are turned on for it, but this app only gets notifications once I open the app & for about an hour after that, then complete silence until I physically open the app again. Nothing for posts, comments or anything added in the app. Missing a lot unless I open it multiple times a day. I don't have time for that!

Can't find a way to turn notifications on so I'm not getting any of my messages. The app is not set up intuitively, just feels awkward and hard to maneuver. I also don't like how I have to switch between the 2 teams my kids are on to see each set of info and messages. I'd love to see both on the calendar, both convos in my inbox, and I want to leave the giant blast group of the entire league.
