this app can't do anything, I don't even know what is the purpose of this app....the app operates very slow even with in it's own network and you can't recharge your wifi plan with it..

This is a very bad and useless app. You have to login again and again to check your account. You don't even receive an OTP. Please fix all this issue.

worst app. can't log in with password & also app is sending OTP/password in my mobile number but it never reaches to me. the service is worsen day by day, can't even recharge.

Worst service I've ever had in my life,online multiplayer games are not working for me.server is not connected with the games...every time it blocks the game...and the customer service is pathetic.in one month minimum 5 days internet is not working,and the customer service we can't do anything if you don't have a laptop ??? Really ?you guys need to check your customer service qualification. I'll never recommend anyone to use it... Alliance, Wishnet is much better than you guys...

No option for online renewal! Are you serious? Data coverage is very unstable and it keeps on getting disconnected frequently,despite having fibre optic connection.

Why not showing recharge plan in the recharge option? If this will be continue, I will definitely leave this connection. Because if I recharge via local operator, they are taking more money. Please do something. Before I saw all recharge plan here but now nothing why?

The current UX interface is worse than the previous app. Very less functionality of the app. Update 10th June 2024: They haven't fixed the UI hence uninstalling the app
